The SSN Journal is designed and created to share stories of how schools and their communities educate for sustainability. Some people featured are just getting started, whilst others have been at this for a long time. We share these different perspectives to demonstrate the importance of the lived experience and the value of every point in the journey.
Issue 18 features Agora School from the Netherlands, Sue Martin, 7 Eleven, Isabella Keski-Frantti, and Niall Kennard. We also continue with our regular Dr Ali's professional development column, events calendar, hints and tips by Ed Burton, book review by Carmelo Fedele and grants and opportunities.
For the first time we share the voice of Kombumerri woman Justine Dillon. Justine's perspective on education is invaluable as we consider the cross-curriculum priorities Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and culture and sustainability.
