15 Years Of Experience

Based in Barns Green, Tecta Build has been involved in the carpentry and building industry for 15 years. Founded as a sole trader business, by owner Joshua Richards who studied carpentry and construction at college. As the contracts got bigger, Josh studied site management and health and safety to create a safe working environment and the Limited company was launched in 2022.

Tecta Build Ltd now have a team of tradesmen who offer a full building service including extensions, renovations, kitchens, roof construction and large carpentry projects. They see each project through from start to finish, once planning permission has been granted, they will work closely with both the client and architect until the desired outcome is achieved.

Keeping up to date with current trends

Josh told us that it is important to keep up to date with current trends in property design and also building materials. He tod us that the team enjoy working in the Sussex Local magazine locations, especially the rural areas as there are so many different styles of home which keeps the properties interesting. “Every property is unique” says Josh “each house we work on deserves the personal touch.”
