O n ce Upon a T i m e. . .

There was a girl who believed (I mean really believed) in fairy tales. Every day she woke up with joy and wonder and sang in the brilliance of the morning sun. She danced in the half-light of the rising moon and relished its softness.

But as time passed, she found the sun did not shine as brightly, and the moon began to hide coyly in the night sky.

The days passed, and though she held onto hope, the music was lost. Then one day, the light returned. The heat of the sun broke through the clouds and warmed her tear-stained face. Her expectant heart awakened, and the silent song rose from it's depths. Her body began to move and spin, and the shrouded stars revealed their forgotten faces. And she found herself believing in the fullness of love again.

Faith brought back the sun, friends, but this man... he brought back the music. I have found myself smiling more, singing more and dancing to the music I once thought might never return.

It is to Robert I dedicate the fullness of this next chapter of our extraordinary story that is still being written.

And if you are still waiting on the light (let alone the music) to return in your own story, my prayer is that you would soon relish in the grace of God's faithfulness and the warmth of His promise to never, ever forsake you.

For even in the darkest hour, LOVE SHOWS UP.

Every Décor Box reveals itself to me in the process. I never know what it’s going to look like. We may have one or two pieces in mind, but things shift and change; the final result is always unexpected.

I’ve learned to embrace this process because I’ve surrendered to who is actually creating it, and it’s not me. This Décor Box is a divinely inspired curation of the beautiful makers and artists around this country. I truly believe God has issued divine appointments with the people that I meet.

That it is no accident when these relationships are born and their creations get to be on full display in our Seasonal Décor Box. I am simply the hands that pass these things along to you, and I am deeply humbled and honored to do it. It is my greatest joy to now give you a book, because the word “magazine” falls terribly short, of which to dive deeper into our brand. The goal has always been to inspire and encourage you, and I believe we do that by sharing our stories, our work, and our friends.

Many of you come back season after season to support the makers, their families and their crafts. To you I say thank you, from the bottom of my heart, and God bless you! Xo!

Over time, the refuge of home becomes a prison and families are living in the spaces they’ve been desperate to avoid.

Our work at the 626 Foundation is to help families honor the past and breathe fresh air into the present. Our hope is that through intentional interior design, we can help people find joy in their spaces again. It is our desire that our services can help each family have more means and optimism about the future; this in turn would allow them to focus on cultivating love, support and healing for themselves and their family.

Summer 2021 | DECOR BOX

It was apparent after our Round Top trip, that the Summer Décor Box of 2021 was about the journey. It seems like life is always shifting and roads are always turning. My sister has written a piece in this issue about Christ being on the move. When I read it, there was no question that the spiritual undertone of this issue and our Décor Box was searching and traversing.

I am constantly on the go. Whether it’s running between projects, looking for and picking up products for the shop or sending emails in the school pickup and drop-off line, I don’t ever seem to stop. This summer’s Décor Box is a beautiful collection of all the journeys taken place this season. In this box, you will find treasures from my antiquing in Round Top to handmade works of art from artists scattered all the way from Texas to North Carolina.

It’s a Décor Box that pays homage to the American makers, the artists and the homemakers.

Enjoy the Blue Colander and think about Melissa Reddick on the potter’s wheel. That shade of blue makes me think of summer vacations at the beach, washing strawberries I’ve picked with my kids. Wear your Leather Measuring Bracelet when you go shopping and chuckle when you think of how many times Raegen Hain has to measure products for me! Remember Sarah Coble homeschooling her kids and sewing our Oat & White Linen Napkins for her small business.

Use those napkins when you host your family around the dinner table this season. Think about Mary Gregory painting flowers in her barn in Texas when you see her Floral Art Print hanging in your bedroom. Perhaps, try your own hand at painting this summer. Imagine Ben McCall at the wood saw making your Walnut & Amber Tray and use it to make yourself a well deserved plate of cheese and wine! Plan your next trip to Round Top so you can search for treasures like the Grocer’s Straw Basket that Amy Williams and I found and use it to hold all this summer’s fresh produce.

I like to imagine you unboxing these items, reading this magazine, and decorating your home. I think about how you’ll style the Potted Onion Grass and if you’ll put it next to some books or on a shelf. Will you read my sister’s article and find great comfort in it? Will you use some of our organization and design tips? I think about all of this.

You are the most important part of the Seasonal Décor Box. I want this box to celebrate all that is in front of us this Summer, particulary the community that we find in our neighbors. It is for you that we bring it all together, because we are truly all in this together. So start unwrapping those goodies in your box and when it’s all said and done, do me a favor and send me a picture.

With the rise in access to vaccines, the lifting of government restrictions, and the long-awaited family reunions no longer held at bay, we’re beginning to feel like “normal” is not too far away.

It wasn’t long ago that we celebrated Easter, the highest holy day for Christians where we proclaim that Christ is risen, Christ is risen indeed. According to the gospel of Mark, a young man dressed in white greeted Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of Jesus, and Salome when they came to the tomb to see Jesus on that first Easter morning. He said to them, “Do not be alarmed; you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was

The closure of our church buildings forced us to look outside our church walls to find God, for some of us for the very first time. Many of us were so used to compartmentalizing our faith that we never even considered to look for God outside our church walls. Sunday mornings were the only time we expected to find the risen Christ that we never developed the eyes to see him elsewhere.

These three women came to the tomb of Jesus looking to find the one that they loved, but These last 14+ months we’ve sacrificed a lot - the angel said to them, “He is not here.” They vacations, family gatherings, office spaces, in- undoubtedly thought Jesus would be in the tomb; person school, hospital visitations, and even they assumed he could go nowhere else. Here is corporate worship. As a minister, I never would where he was supposed to be. Here is where they have guessed that the doors to the church would left him. And yet, according to the angel, he is not here, meaning he’s not in the places we think we can keep him. In fact, the angel goes on to say that ahead of them in Galilee, Christ is there. Meaning Christ is out in the world, on the loose, no longer restricted to the body of Jesus of Nazareth but free to be wherever he so chooses.

If this year has taught me anything, it’s the truth of the angel’s words on that first resurrection morning: he is not here, he is there. Put quite simply, Christ cannot be confined to four walls.

As we return to “normal,” and as our church buildings reopen, I hope we’ll find Christ inside of them, but this last year has shown me that even if we do find him in our churches, he doesn’t stay Turns out I found Christ in a lot of unexpected put. My hope is that you’ll leave the tomb, the temple, the building, and run out to catch up with him, him who is ahead of you there, because the life of faith is a journey to find the risen Christ who cannot and will not be contained. Summer Berry Salad I NGR EDI ENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1 lb asparagus, trimmed + cut into 2 in

Cook asparagus and 2 teaspoons of salt in boiling water

for 2 minutes. Drain and submerge in an ice bath and

1 lb sliced strawberries 2 tbsp shallots 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola or bleu

set aside.

To make the dressing, combine remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, shallots, vinegar, oil, lemon rind and pepper in a

small bowl. Whisk together and stir in 1/4 cup cheese.

In a large bowl, combine asparagus, strawberries and

As an artist, Melissa Reddick has come to believe that the most authentic sources of inspiration are right in front of us. The challenge is only opening one's eyes to them. For this reason, most all of her current work begins with things that are closest to her - an antique letter or vintage photograph from her family collection, tatting and lace hand sewn by her great grandmother (who she is named after), shells and nautical treasures found on early morning beach walks with her youngest child, and the tiny seed pods and vibrant blossoms picked from the garden right outside of her studio. She loves the simplicity and honesty of using the things in her everyday life as the foundation of her art and feels called to create pieces based on these gifts. The result are works of art that strive to celebrate the blessing of an ordinary day.

Melissa Reddick is a Ceramic Artist and the owner of Modern History Clay Works Studio in Davidson, North Carolina. Her first memories of working with clay date back to the early 1970s when she shaped her first tiny pot as a preschooler in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Melissa knew from those early days that she was forever hooked on the material and has been an artist and maker ever since, earning degrees in Fine Art / Ceramics in college and Museum Education with a focus on Ceramics in graduate school.

For years, as she raised her 3 children, Reddick worked part time as a potter and private teacher, offering wheel technique classes to students out of her home studio. As the demand for her own work increased, she founded her own business, Modern History Clay Works, and began selling her collections and custom pieces to boutiques and museum shops, galleries, and private individuals across the country. Her work has been featured in Garden and Gun, Travel Girl, and Haven Magazines.

Susie’s invitation to Melissa to include a piece in the 2020 Fall Decor Box was a welcomed one in that it came with a chance to offer her creative voice to the final product.

During this special collaboration, she worked with Susie to fine tune the design and color choice for the piece that bares the impression of a fig leaf found in the artist’s own garden.

In referring their collaborations, Melissa states that she appreciates Susie’s warmth and the unique way she strives to promote the artists and their businesses instead of simply marketing a product with her own brand as so many companies do these days. By lifting up the makers, Susie not only promotes their work, but shines a light of appreciation for their craft. She celebrates not only the pot turned on the wheel, but also the hands that created it.

Susie and Melissa have continued to work together throughout the year creating pieces for the Winter, Spring, and Summer Decor Boxes (Winter Pearl Nesting Set, French Water Pitcher and Berry Colander).

In addition, the two have partnered to offer a line of handmade designs which are exclusive to Susie’s shop.

The Low Country Collection, functional and beautiful handmade stoneware for special occasions and everyday use, debuted in early May.

Hand pinched feet create the perfect pedestal to set it elegantly on the countertop while knubby handles make it easier to hold in your hands.

Inspired by the fresh berries of summer, our Footed Blue Colander is the perfect size to hold the day’s bushel.

The color itself was our inspiration for this season’s curations. Melissa has been using this shade of blue in her Colley Collection, named after her great grandmother. Perhaps that’s what drew Susie to the hue, the homage to the grandmothers before us.

BLOOM WHERE My grandmother has always instilled in me to ‘bloom where you are planted.’ In order to do that, it's key to be present, look for opportunities, and make the most of each day. In addition, find joy and gratitude in the little things. It’s easier to do on those special days, the times when you can be the fun mom, but not so easy to do during the challenging times. However, if you can find the silver lining on the hard days, you will grow a deeper appreciation for the great days.

“Fresh floral arrangements instantly brighten and uplift the mood in a room. I recommend using a variety of colors, textures, or shapes of flowers. When combining flowers with a similar color to create a subtle look, vary the shape of the blooms. I love to mix pinks and purples together. However, to create visual interest, I use flowers with different shaped petals.

For a full flower arrangement, start with greenery to add texture. Then, add the focal flowers. Lastly, fill with additional flowers. Cut flowers at slightly different heights to ensure the flowers look organic. Think of a dome shape. So, place taller stems near the center and shorter stems near the outside of the vase."

My dear friend and realtor, Elizabeth Gleason, asked me to update her master bath so that she can list her home for sale.

Right now is a great time to sell, by the way, especially here in Texas. We have seen so many people moving to our great state and home owners are taking full advantage of the seller’s market.

Elizabeth gave me total creative control in her bathroom. What a treat! She did have one request, though, and that was for dual shower heads. As a real estate expert, Elizabeth educated me on the top trends of buyers today and two-person showers are on the top of the list.

The free standing tub has become a must have for homeowners. However, I am still using drop in tubs and garden tubs in other projects so don’t feel like you have to do this. When the space allows for separate tubs and showers, then a free standing tub looks stunning. We used black fixtures throughout this bathroom to contrast the bright white and the results are a modern, contemporary space.

That being said, we went to work right away on creating the largest shower possible. My favorite part of the shower is the tile pattern. Elizabeth liked a chevron pattern until I showed her the more modern, upright herringbone pattern. I advise herringbone over chevron because it looks more expensive and higher end. The diagonal pattern of chevron can be too literal, and the broken zig zag of herringbone looks more complicated, in the best way.

However, with all the black and white came a very sterile palette. This was immediately fixed with Sherwin Williams paint, Slate Tile. We used this blue, green, gray on the vanity and closet doors.

When paired with a colorful runner, wowza! The room suddenly came together perfectly. It was all finished off with a pale gray wallpaper that helped counter the black sconces and mirrors.

Another selling bonus in master bathrooms is a separate room for the toilet. No one likes to use the commode while someone is brushing their teeth.

Solution? A door. And that’s just what we did. Now we have a contained toilet complete with storage for

The journey to an organized life is working towards intentionality and being purposeful, to be able to assess when we are at a crossroads and be able to release in order to receive.

Step one was Susie came to my home. She listened, took notes, and then sent me her vision of what could be. I could see where she was going and was so excited, and nervous, especially when I got all the quotes! But I keep hearing my daughter say in my ear, “go for it”! was the p rocess ea si er or mor e dif f ic u lt t han you im a g i ned? wh y?

It was easier than I thought and that was due to Susie and her team. I could rest easily in the decisions made because I trusted her and her vision for my home!

Susie was also very attentive with the contractors and often would be here for a portion of time, ensuring all was on task! w e re the re a n y sur pr i ses th at c am e u p during re novation?

There weren’t any surprises that came up with renovation, outside of a few things being on backorder (to be expected). how did the tea m h a ndle the ch al lenges t hat arose ?

One of the challenges that arose was additional touch up on the cabinets. You could say I’m pretty detail oriented! Susie suggested (and I’m so happy she did) that I actually do the "blue tape" ahead of time, and because our cabinets started out knotty alder dark stained wood, you can imagine the process on transforming them into beautiful white smooth cabinets! Susie ensured we were 100% pleased and the team was more than happy to come out a final time and make sure of that. did you worry a bou t the fi na l r esu lt ?

Not at all. I trusted Susie and her team. She treated the project like it was her own space and really cared

that things were done to the utmost in every way! how did you f eel when you f ir s t s aw t h e f inis hed s pac e?

Oh my goodness! I’m beyond thrilled and so excited to have “gone for it”! Home to me is where the heart is. It’s my safe and happy place and to have such a beautiful and functional kitchen/family room is beyond what I could have envisioned. now t hat you 'v e had s om e t im e to g e t us e d to it, do you s t il l f eel t he s am e ? w hat detail s and el em ent s s tand ou t t he mos t ?

Yes! I love everything so much! I’m obsessed with the pendants in the kitchen, the backsplash, countertops, sink, cabinet/island color, sectional and coffee table in living room, etc! It’s perfect! wou l d you u s e s u s ie again f or anot h e r hom e p roj ec t or r ec om m end her to a f r ie n d ?

Oh my goodness, yes! Every time I see or talk to Susie I reiterate that I could not have done it without her. I mean it! I had a vision, but she brought it to life in a way that I wasn’t capable of. Not because I’m not smart, nor have ideas, but she is the expert and it was so reassuring to lean on and learn from her!

Oh, one question - budget. Yes, we stayed on budget for everything that was quoted from Susie!

Custom Creations by Sarah Coble How one small business owner and mother turned her hobby and passion into a thriving home business, all while raising her family.

We were introduced to Sarah Coble on our very first Décor Box in the winter of 2019. Thanks to Susie’s assistant, Raegen Hain, the partnership was born and Sarah has sewn multiple pillow covers and napkin sets for the last four out of five décor boxes.

Sarah Coble began sewing at the precious age of five. You read that right: she was five years old when she started to sew. An elderly woman at her church was teaching young girls and Sarah was signed up for the class. Sarah would train under this woman one day a week for the next ten years and would eventually start hosting her own classes.

Sarah believes the home is the greatest mission field and thanks God for the ability to home school her children while working for herself and blessing those in her community. She encourages readers to not throw away God-given talent. “You may be blessed with talent in an area that the world doesn’t value, but God gives GOOD gifts, don’t waste them!” she says.

While a sophomore in high school, Sarah’s family moved. At the encouragement of her mother, the student became the teacher and 15-year-old Sarah began hosting sewing classes in their new town. She taught young girls in her community to sew for the rest of high school and into college.

By the time she was a junior at the University of Texas at Arlington, Sarah was teaching over 40 students a week out of her parent’s home and paying her way through school.

After college Sarah got married and of course made her own wedding dress! She then made and altered wedding dresses for her sisters. People began to take notice of Sarah’s tremendous talent to turn vision into reality and by 2016, Custom Creations was born. Custom Creations specializes in bridal and alterations. She’s never advertised because word of mouth has kept her busy enough that she has often had to turn clients away. In fact, when we met Sarah for photos, she had 25

wedding dresses in the works!

She is delighted to office out of her home in Fort Worth, Texas. She believes the home is the greatest mission field and thanks God for the ability to home school her children while working for herself and blessing those in her community.

A Sky of C h a nd e l i ers By this point, I consider myself a Round Top veteran. I know when I want to go, who I want to go with (looking at you @cutertudor) and what I want to see.

However, even with the mission laid out, I’m always surprised at what’s new and what I never knew existed.

This most recent visit only further proved that no matter how much time you spend along those 7 miles of Texas country road, you’ll never see it all and you’ll want to come back for more.

Speaking of more, let me just let you know right now that the Fall show is October 16th-30th, 2021. If I don’t convince you to put Round Top on your bucket list, then I have failed in capturing it’s wonder for you.

Round Top contains the most high end treasures you can imagine. Barns filled with luxury rugs, tents full of art work from world renowned painters, and cafes boasting dinners with 5 star chefs at the helm- it can be quite intimidating.

Celebrities like Gwen Stefani were spotted in these venues and Joanna Gaines, herself, used to grace these pastures.

But the coolest part of this slice of country is that between the furniture pieces that are priced higher than my annual revenue, there are small dealers selling antiques at pennies on the dollar.

You can find your bargains, your steals, your you-paid-what?!’s. Round Top is diverse in it’s cultural offerings and it’s prices. And no one is there to judge!

After all, we all look the same under the Texas heat, sweating in our fanny packs.

We stopped at one of the world’s smallest operating Catholic churches to say a prayer for traveling mercies and favor in our vintage pickin’. In the end, God blessed us with sunshine, too many laughs and a Décor Box piece to remember the journey!

The first time that I went to Round Top with Amy, she stopped by Mary’s booth. I remember thinking how talented Mary is and admired the vast connections of my best friend. The two chatted away while I flipped through prints in a bin. I felt a spiritual connection to Mary’s paintings of old churches, doves and landscapes.

To be honest, I never dreamed of being able to offer Mary’s artwork in the shop.

The only explanation that one can have is that it’s divine. Meeting Amy, who introduced me to Mary, who is blessing me with these amazing prints that I’m passing along to you is nothing short of divine. You are meant to have a piece from Mary Gregory’s collection in your home!

I know it with all my heart. It will bring peace to your space and remind you of God’s goodness every time you see it. I am honored to tell you a little bit more about Mary’s story.

It wasn’t until I began to feature artists and makers in the Seasonal Décor Boxes that Amy encouraged me to reach out to Mary to Mary and David Gregory are a husband and wife collaborate. We agreed to meet at Round Top’s team. Mary paints. David builds.

Painting is Mary's way of capturing elements of nature and scenes from her country home.

Her paintings range from still life portraits of beautiful floral arrangements and friendly farm animals to serene landscapes of big sky-filled pastures. Some of Mary's favorite subjects include birds, nests, feathers, botanicals, churches and barns. She predominantly works in acrylic paints, but creates mixed media pieces, as well.

David is in charge of production. Therefore, each piece of art is printed and framed in their studio.

Not only do they offer prints on canvas, but also on wood, in the form of artful notecards, flour sack towels and calendars. Custom framed art pieces can be purchased online, at Mary Gregory Studio.

When not creating art, Mary and David travel the country to some of the biggest and most prestigious art shows and festivals to sell their work.

Mary has been invited to author antique collector Kim Leggett's City Farmhouse Show in Franklin, Tennessee. In addition, they travel to many of the Country Living Fairs including those in Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia and Vintage Market Days events all over the southern United States. Shows like Round Top Antiques Fair in Round Top, Texas can last two weeks, and take days to set up. Living the dream is definitely a team effort.

If you gather one thing from Mary, it is to take time to stop and smell the roses. Take a walk outside. Gather flowers from a field. Watch the butterfly's journey. Listen to the birds sing. Watch the clouds float by.

Pet the neighbor's donkey. Her name is Jenny. Notice the beauty of God's creations but know that you are His best work. Mary's work is simply recreating the work of art that God has created in nature.

WORTH THE WAIT Our Story of Hope, Redemption and Restoration If you follow me on social media, it’s been hard to miss the huge smile on my face from the last twelve months. I don’t think I’ve divulged the details of my relationship until now but I am ready, and I am so excited to share even more of this unfolding journey with you as I navigate a wedding, moving and blending families.

I met Robert on the internet. We sometimes wish we had a better story to tell of how we met, but it’s the truth and I have no shame in it. In fact I think if it weren’t for the internet, I would have never crossed paths with Robert. He lives some 35 miles away from me and his nights are filled with soccer practice while mine are filled with design and shop work.

We were matched on a dating site in early March of 2020. I was in Galveston with my kids for Spring Break and he was in Mexico with his three boys. I would check my phone for messages, but our conversations were a bit sporadic and short.

I don’t think I had high hopes for it going anywhere, but I sure did think he was handsome and I loved the way he seemed to be so involved with his kids.

Our first date was a game of tennis. We are both naturally athletic, but don’t ask me why we picked tennis. I’m not that great of a player and Robert doesn’t play that often. However, tennis it was and I appreciated the distance the court gave us from each other. I’m a bit awkward on dates,

believe it or not, and I liked the physical space the game gave us.

After the game (that he won), we decided to grab some burgers across the street. We ordered our food and walked the next door Farmer’s Market while we waited. I remember losing Robert on purpose. Again, I’m awkward on dates so I found myself a few aisles over pretending to look at local jams. That’s when I heard God whisper, “go to him”.

I’m a really good avoider when I want to be. So good in fact, I can avoid just about anything without you noticing that I’ve just avoided it.

Nonetheless, I obeyed and I walked back over to where Robert was in the store and I struck up a conversation… and I made eye contact. In the smallest of ways, I postured myself as present.

“Here I am,” I thought as I walked closely to him in the market, “whatever that means”.

The rest feels like history, but it’s been a slow twelve months learning to open up and love again and to love right this time. I’ve shown Robert the good, the bad and the ugly. I kept waiting for him to leave, and he didn’t. I kept waiting for him to get bored with me, to get fed up with me, to get angry with me… and he doesn’t. The more I showed him of myself and the more I showed up in this relationship, the more he showed me and showed up too.

In the smallest of ways, I postured myself as present. “Here I am,” I thought as I walked closely to him in the market, “whatever that means”.

Robert is a gentle giant. I smile when he thinks he’s raising his voice, because I assure you he is not. He is very soft spoken and I absolutely love it. Robert loves God and he loves his kids. Soon, he will call Adam and Sarah his own and I am so excited for that day! Robert loves me very well.

He is truly my biggest fan and I never dreamed someone could believe in me as much as Robert does. He loves to let me shine and he speaks so many wonderful things over my life that I am often left in awe.

My favorite things about Robert are his honesty, his humor and his eyes. Sometimes when I look at those eyes I feel like I can see right through him to the child he was, the long haired teenage

years, the wild young man, the unsure new dad, all the way up to the man he is today. It’s like I’ve known him. I wasn’t there to see the years of his life before me, but he’s showed them to me. He’s showed me the scars and the painful memories.

He’s been beyond brave and relived the traumatic experiences of his past for me. He’s been vulnerable, emotionally available and present so that I may be, in some way, a witness to his life.

And I have done the same. Without reservation, holding nothing back, we have shown each other who we are: broken and altogether lovely. And we keep coming back for more! I know his past, but I love spending present days with Robert and I can not wait for our future. I believe in him and all that God has called him to be.

I find it ironic that God said “go to him” that first date. The last time I wrote about my love life, or the crumbling thereof, I told you that God said, “I will be with you wherever you go.”

No matter what life throws at us, I will go to him. I will go to Robert over and over again because love doesn’t give up and love doesn’t hide itself to keep from getting hurt in grocery aisles. know God will be there wherever we go. I know Robert will lead our new family well. So many of you have prayed for Robert before we knew who he was! I want to ask you to keep praying for us. Please pray that our kids will adapt to new siblings well. My children adore Robert. In fact, Adam asked me if I could marry him before Father's Day so that he could buy him a present.

That wrecked this mama's heart. They all get along well, but there’s lots of change coming like new schools and new friends. Please pray for For a girl desperate for directions, that one Adam, Sarah, Luke, Campbell and Grayson. And seems pretty clear. And that’s the promise I want please pray that Robert and I go to God above to make Robert. No matter what life throws at all else in all things. As I’ve written about going us, I will go to him. I will go to Robert over and to him, I pray that we will all go to Him (capital over again because love doesn’t give up and love H). The one who sees us, knows us and loves us. doesn’t hide itself to keep from getting hurt in The one who pursues us, sees right through us, grocery aisles. Love shows up. and saves us. He will be with us wherever we go, but in that going, let us be going to Him. I have no idea what the future holds for us, but I I find it ironic that God said “go to him” that first date. Three years ago, I bought a shop.

It was a risky move. As a single mom, I wasn’t sure what would come of it. Would all of the work and effort amount to something greater?

In spite of those doubts, I kept building. Brick by brick and room by room, I have watched it blossom into something beautiful, meaningful and purposeful.

What is growing in my heart this season is Hope.

It is my prayer that every encounter you have here would inspire and encourage you, and gently nudge you forward.

I’m forever grateful for your love and support. You have made this journey so worthwhile.

We have lots planned for the second half of 2021, and I can’t wait to share it all with you.
