FEBRUARY SUNDAY 1 Give thanks for the staff team at Lendrick Muir and for the work they have been doing over the winter, such as painting, new flooring and refurbishing a bathroom. Praise God for the way he is raising up committed pupils to lead SU Groups. The last of four online Pupil Leader Training events will run tomorrow night. Pray for courage for this new cohort as they step out in faith; for open doors in their schools; for a clear sense of God with them.
MONDAY 2 Pray that staff attending New Staff Retreat at Lendrick Muir will be affirmed in their calling, build good friendships, and be excited about the opportunity to be part of what the Lord is doing in SU Scotland. Lendrick Muir’s school residential programme for 2026 begins this week. Pray that the Schools Team (Rachel, Bill, Grace, Stuart, Sophie and Kate) will continue to provide quality experiences for visiting children and teachers.
TUESDAY 3 Give thanks for the Local Ministries team and for the many ministry opportunities God is giving them in partnership with local
Christians and churches. Pray for rich fellowship today and tomorrow at their staff training days that will equip them to support and grow local ministry. Angela McDonald and Phil Todd are preparing to lead the Easter Drama Holiday. Pray that God will bring together the right team with complementary skills to care for the young people and help them grow in their performing abilities.
WEDNESDAY 4 Lendrick Muir welcomes its first primary school of the new term today, Banchory Primary from Clackmannanshire. Give thanks for strong relationships between the school and SU Scotland, with an SU Group, Bible Alive and Easter Journey for pupils throughout the year. Give thanks for a sense of God going before Karen Campbell, Local Youth Projects Development Coordinator. Pray for progress in establishing a new SU Group this term in Wellshot Primary, with Karen and two teachers at the school running the group.
THURSDAY 5 Gordon Roy, North Team Leader, will be joining local volunteers, Regional Worker Colin Carmichael and COOL staff Timmy Currie and Heather MacDonald at the COOL Annual Celebration
tomorrow night in Dornie. Pray that God will receive all the praise as stories are shared of what he is doing in young people’s lives.
FRIDAY 6 Magnitude Worship Nights are happening tonight in Edinburgh and tomorrow night in Glasgow, with 1000 young people expected. Pray that the eyes of each young person’s heart will be opened to behold the magnitude of God. Emergency First Aid Training is happening tomorrow in New Olympia House, Glasgow. It is an intense day of training, so pray for concentration, stamina and success.
SATURDAY 7 Pray for safety for the young people travelling to Alltnacriche this evening for the North East & Shetland Secondary Weekend. Last year a weekend had to be cancelled due to snow! Pray for an enjoyable time and that each young person will take time out to consider God. S1–S6s from Dundee & Angus are at Lendrick Muir and P5–P7s from Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire & Inverclyde are at Gowanbank. Pray for wisdom for Susie Ford and Lynne Hamilton as they lead their teams and that each child feels that ‘they belong here’.

Mure Memorial Church in Glasgow is running a followup event for primary children who attended last summer’s SU Mission, which was a great success. Pray that even more children will attend tomorrow’s event to enjoy the fun activities and hear the Good News of Jesus. Give thanks that the Wheel Trust were able to run Christmas Unwrapped in six schools in the west end of Glasgow in December. Pray for ongoing work, Easter opportunities, and for deepening relationships between the Wheel Trust, youth workers and teachers in schools.
Ailish, Ailsa, Jenna, Kate, Rachel and Samuel are now halfway through their Gap Year. Pray that the Lord will encourage and equip them as they serve God and young people and that their love for him will deepen. Pray that advertising for next year’s Gap Year programme will be effective and that God will call young leaders who have a heart for young people to apply.
MONDAY 9 Pray for weekly children’s Bible clubs run by Andrei, Natasha and Yura in Pereyaslav, Ukraine, and that doors will open up for ministry in schools. Pray too for increasing numbers of teenagers to come along to the weekly ‘Brave’ youth club at Vorzel, run by Andrei and Luba, and that they will be open to what they hear from the Bible.
WEDNESDAY 11 Our Volunteers Department process thousands of volunteer applications annually. Give thanks for the appointment of Helen Rankin as Volunteers Administrator to strengthen the team, joining Janice Aitken, Alastair Colquhoun and Fiona Richards. Pray for progress in getting new SU Groups off the ground across the country. Often there are delays in getting permission or in volunteers receiving PVG accreditation. Pray for favour with headteachers and for patience and perseverance as Group Leaders wait to begin. suscotland.org.uk | 3

FRIDAY 13 Karen Stangoe is leading a Lanarkshire Primary Weekend at Lendrick Muir and Owain Evans is leading a Dumfries and Galloway Secondary Weekend at Gowanbank. Tim Raynes is also at Lendrick Muir, leading a Primary Motiv8 Weekend. Pray for each volunteer to lovingly care for each young person, for united teams, for a hunger for the Bible.
SATURDAY 14 In the last issue we invited prayer for a Regional Worker for East and Midlothian. Give thanks! God has answered, and Gemma Morton is the 4 | suscotland.org.uk
new worker God has called into post. Please join her in praying for wide open doors into schools and for children with wide open hearts who are ready to hear and explore the Bible.
SUNDAY 15 Praise God for an increased interest in Bible Alive training. Three training events have happened this academic year and further courses will be held in Falkirk next month and in Ayrshire in May. Pray that it will result in Bible Alive extending into new areas, so that even more children can grasp God’s plan of salvation for themselves.
MONDAY 16 Pray for unity, love and support for one another during this week of pre-season training at Alltnacriche. Staff will be refreshing emergency procedures and activity instruction prior to school residentials beginning
Three classes of children in Clackmannan Primary will be looking forward to Caroline Boyers delivering their Bible Alive lessons tomorrow. Pray for energy and good health for Caroline, who will be in the school all day, and that God will make himself known to the children.
WEDNESDAY 18 We praise God for regular donors to the ministry of SU Scotland. 69 faithful supporters increased their regular gifts last year in response to a letter about ministry costs increasing. Pray that we will continue to depend on God to provide the vital funds that will enable our life-transforming work to continue and grow. Pray for wisdom for members of the SU Scotland Board as they meet tomorrow on Zoom.
THURSDAY 19 Praise the Lord that Equip has grown! We are now offering five events in different locations. Pray for the young people and youth leaders who will gather tomorrow night in Hillbank Church for Equip Dundee and in Banchory West Church for Equip North East. Equip Online is also happening, making the
event accessible to youth groups across the land.
FRIDAY 20 Give thanks for the large number of young people enrolling for COmMISSION 2026. 70% of spaces were booked within weeks! Some will receive training this weekend at Basecamp Gowanbank. Pray they will catch a God-centred vision for leadership as they look at Nehemiah and his determination to do things for God’s glory and in his ways.
SATURDAY 21 Elaine Tait is delivering ASN Training today at Aberdeen Christian Fellowship. Pray for a well-attended event that will equip SU Group leaders and church volunteers to help children with additional needs engage in a meaningful way. Volunteer Cooks are taking part in Allergy Awareness Training in Edinburgh today. Pray that it will help them cater confidently for young people and team members with significant dietary needs.
SUNDAY 22 Praise God for the pupils and adults who are leading SU Groups in your region of Scotland. Pray for God’s favour, and that the number of groups will increase in areas where there are few. Pray that permission will be granted soon to enable an
SU Group to start in Lornshill Academy, Alloa, giving thanks for the volunteers who are ready and waiting to lead it.
MONDAY 23 A group of P6s from Merkinch Primary, a priority school in Inverness, will attend Alltnacriche today for an Activity Day. Praise God for the funding from local sources that has enabled this event to run for three consecutive years, and for the love of Christ this speaks of. Give thanks for volunteer committee members. Pray for God’s leading and guiding at the Residentials Committee tomorrow and the Finance Committee on Wednesday.
TUESDAY 24 Pray for CVE, our sister organisation. Steve Younger (Chaplaincy Project Leader) and Megan Patterson (Chair) are both retiring and CVE’s new strategy has a focus on supporting teachers and school workers to live out their faith within their school communities, establishing teachers’ groups across the country. Pray that many teachers will catch this vision and join in. cve-scotland.org.uk
WEDNESDAY 25 Preparation is underway by Andrew Stothard for a new Gaming Holiday next month which is aimed at
P5–S2s. Pray for wisdom as the team consider how to build a programme suitable for this younger age group. Give thanks that SU Scotland’s online community is growing rapidly. Pray for the young people who engage there daily and that God will use it to draw individuals to himself.
THURSDAY 26 Give thanks for SU ministry in Belarus, Ukraine and a restricted country in Asia. Pray for protection, for many opportunities to share the Easter message with children, and for planning for upcoming camps.
FRIDAY 27 Pray that the P5–P7s attending the Edinburgh Primary Weekend and the S1–S6s attending the Edinburgh Secondary Weekend at Lendrick Muir have a great time and take steps forward in their journey of faith. Give thanks for the committed volunteers who are running them.
SATURDAY 28 Give thanks for the ministry of Gregor McKay and LCYT in Larbert, Falkirk. Give thanks for doors of opportunity opening in the area, with three new primary SU Groups starting last October and many primary schools engaging with Bible Alive, Explore Christmas and Explore Easter. suscotland.org.uk | 5
March SUNDAY 1 Pray for the Lord’s guidance for those involved in planning and preparation this month. The Schools Team at Gowanbank are getting ready for the upcoming schools’ season and Easter Team Leaders, Assistant Team Leaders and Chief Cooks will be busy preparing for SU Holidays.
MONDAY 2 The annual Holiday Sponsorship Appeal launches this month. We’re thankful for supporters who faithfully give to this fund, helping children and young people attend SU Holidays they otherwise could never afford. WEDNESDAY 4 Give thanks for the new Bible Alive volunteers who are taking part in training in Falkirk today, tomorrow and on 12 March. Pray that they will be equipped by God to 6 | suscotland.org.uk

THURSDAY 5 The Go Conference leadership team are starting to plan this October’s event. Pray for God’s guidance as they form a team, choose a Bible teaching theme and passage, confirm a speaker and plan workshops that will be helpful and relevant to the young people attending.
FRIDAY 6 P5–P7s from East & West Dunbartonshire and Helensburgh are heading to Lendrick Muir for a weekend of fun activities and Bible engagement. Pray for Cameron Swinton and Carol Baird as they lead, and that children will take hold of this opportunity to consider the significance of Jesus.

MONDAY 9 Staff training is happening at Lendrick Muir today. Pray that it will develop staff as they seek to fulfil the vision of SU Scotland through their different roles. Gordon Roy and Caroline Boyers will be leading Easter Journey presentations in churches for schools in Stirling and Clackmannanshire in the coming weeks. Pray for an encouraging start as Dollar Parish hosts pupils from Strathdevon Primary and Dollar Academy today.

The Annual Associate Worker Trust Conference takes place in Falkirk today. Board Chairs, Trustees and Management Committee members will meet for training and fellowship alongside Associate Workers. Give thanks for the depth of ministry that Trusts bring to their communities. Pray for an encouraging day.
Pupils from St Bartholomew’s Primary in Castlemilk, Glasgow, are expected tomorrow at Gowanbank for their school residential. Pray for the staff team as they prepare for their arrival. Pray that they will show God’s love in action to the staff and pupils of this and many other schools over the coming months.

THURSDAY 12 Pray for SU Mission Team Leaders as they identify Bible teaching material and work with churches to establish dates and teams ahead of their summer events. Pray that volunteers will apply early for accreditation! suscotland.org.uk/ volunteer Give thanks for this year’s Holiday teaching material, ‘Who do you say I am?’ Exploring Mark’s gospel, it seeks to pose this question to young people. Pray for a considered response.
FRIDAY 13 The Greater Glasgow Secondary Weekend begins tonight at Gowanbank. Pray that God will be powerfully present among the team of volunteers, Team Leaders Craig Morris and Lynne Hamilton, and the 30 young people attending. Lendrick Muir is the venue for a Free Church Youth Conference for young people aged 18 to 30. Pray for Rev Cory Brock as he speaks, and for a time of refreshment and encouragement.
SATURDAY 14 Give thanks for Josh and Iona, Interns at our centres who part of our Instructor Development Programme. Pray for new skills and for guidance as they pray and consider their future. Pray for clarity and wisdom for those who will be interviewing on Monday and Tuesday for a new intake of Interns and Trainee Instructors to start in August.
SUNDAY 15 Give thanks for an opportunity to run the Easter Journey for P6 pupils from every primary school that feeds into St Machar Academy. Sessions will be happening at the Mission in Aberdeen every day this week—pray for excitement, engagement, encounter with Jesus.
MONDAY 16 The Local Ministries Management Team meets today to pray, discuss and plan. Pray for vision for Gordon, Carol, Jonathan and Bruce as they lead the Regional Teams and oversee community-based Missions. Pray for wisdom and discernment as they seek to grow ministry across the country.
TUESDAY 17 Give thanks for Susan Gnadou, who joined the team in November as HR Advisor. Pray for good teamwork
with HR Partner, Rachel Causey, and that Susan will quickly get to know other staff so that she can better support line managers and look after staff wellbeing.
WEDNESDAY 18 In July the Gap Year will be spending ten days with SU Hungary, helping to run a church-based mission. Pray for them as they plan and prepare—that God will still any nerves and excite them about all he will do in and through them. The SU Scotland Board will meet tomorrow in New Olympia House. Pray for unity in decision-making.
THURSDAY 19 After many years in our office in Oxgangs, Edinburgh staff moved to a temporary location at Regus, South Gyle at the start of the year. We would value your prayers for God’s leading to a permanent office in Edinburgh in the right location to most effectively further SU’s ministry in Edinburgh and the east.
FRIDAY 20 Susie Ford is leading a Dundee & Angus Weekend at Lendrick Muir for P5–S3s. Pray for first-time Assistant Team Leader, Eilish Ford, and that the team’s actions and words will speak powerfully of God’s love to the young people and of his call to follow Jesus. suscotland.org.uk | 7

SATURDAY 21 Give thanks for Gordon Roy and his years of experience in working with children and young people. Gordon will be at tomorrow’s evening service in St Serf’s Parish Church, Tullibody, ahead of setting up for Easter Journeys this week with three local primary schools: St Serf’s, Abercromby and Banchory.
SUNDAY 22 Eleven SU Holidays are planned for the Easter school break, involving many volunteers. Team members are often aware of being in a spiritual battle in the lead up to their event. Pray for dependence on God, a close walk with Jesus, and for the strengthening power of the Holy Spirit.
MONDAY 23 Becky Read, Ross Clark and Susie Ford are serving God in Longhaugh Primary in Dundee today. Give thanks for all they do— exploring the Bible with two SU Groups, delivering 8 | suscotland.org.uk
Transforming Lives for Good and RME and running a girls’ health and wellbeing group. Pray they will be salt and light and that young lives will be transformed.
TUESDAY 24 Pray for an enjoyable and productive session tomorrow morning at Lendrick Muir for the volunteers who are giving up their day to be trained to deliver Archery Tag sessions at SU Scotland events.
WEDNESDAY 25 SU Hungary were grateful for money raised by Scottish children last year through the International Project. This year’s Project is to raise money for street hockey ministry in Ecuador. Pray that Team Leaders and team members will promote the Project enthusiastically at their SU Holiday.
THURSDAY 26 Praise God for financial provision that has enabled the appointment of a second Regional Worker
for Glasgow. Pray for God’s blessing on Eilidh Lockhart as she comes into post: for good teamwork with Craig Morris and volunteers, and that as a result, more children and young people in Glasgow will be able to explore the Bible and respond to the significance of Jesus.
FRIDAY 27 Tim Raynes is leading a Motiv8 weekend at Lendrick Muir for P5–P7s from two priority communities. Pray for deepening relationships of trust between the children and between children and the team. Pray that young people will discern God’s voice as Rob Fraser-Binns speaks tonight at Equip West, Scott Ellis at Equip Dundee, and Esther Dickson at Equip East, where the event will be streamed for those joining Equip Online. Spotlight is also happening in Edinburgh.
SATURDAY 28 Archery Training is running at Lendrick Muir today,
involving one day of training for those refreshing their qualification and two days of training for new volunteer instructors. Give thanks for these volunteers who are investing their time to develop skills that will give young people a fun experience on their SU Holiday.
SUNDAY 29 Pray for the Schools Team at Lendrick Muir as they share something of God’s Word during ‘Time for Reflection’ sessions with pupils on school residentials and activity days. Ask that God would open children’s minds to what they hear.
MONDAY 30 Pray for wisdom for Jenny Hamill and the Creative Team as they produce new resources to serve SU Groups, schools and churches. A new series of online Bible Shorts was launched in January, with an accompanying Bible Study. Pray that many young people will engage with these.
TUESDAY 31 Chloé Anderson, Schools Ministry Coordinator, is working with Karen Stangoe in Lanarkshire. There are many Lanarkshire schools and finding volunteers is a challenge! Pray for fruitful partnerships with
churches, and that God will raise up volunteers to start new SU Groups.
April WEDNESDAY 1 Join Alan Scott in praying ahead for three weeklong COmMISSION events in June (two Basecamps and LeadUP). Pray that every space will be taken, that teams with the right skillset will be brought together, and that God will be preparing each heart to draw closer to Jesus.
THURSDAY 2 Give thanks for Daisy Belton, who came into post as Regional Worker for West Lothian & Falkirk in August. Praise God for the doors that have already opened in schools for SU Groups and for partnerships that are being built with local churches. Pray for dependence on God and deepening relationships.
FRIDAY 3 Pray for staff at Alltnacriche, Gowanbank and Lendrick Muir as they prepare to welcome young people to their Easter holiday. Give thanks for our House, Facilities and Maintenance Teams who work hard behind the scenes to clean toilets, vacuum floors, and look after the property. They are unsung heroes!
SATURDAY 4 Young people aged S2–S6 are leaving Glasgow by coach today, heading to Austria for their Snowsports Holiday. Please pray for straightforward travel, for safety on the slopes, and that each young person will grow to trust God more.
SUNDAY 5 Jenny Cheung is leading the Junior Voice Project Holiday for P5–S1s at Gowanbank from today until Friday. Pray for joy in singing together and for new discoveries from the Bible. Give thanks for Libby Lobban, Jo McNeish and the J12 team leading a Motiv8 Holiday at Alltnacriche for pupils from Smithycroft Secondary, Glasgow. Pray that each young person will experience the love and goodness of God.
MONDAY 6 Pray for lots of fun and that God will do a work of grace in the hearts of the P5–P7s and the adults who serve them at the Easter holiday led by Elaine Watt at Lendrick Muir. Give thanks for the mix of returning campers and new attendees at the secondary-age SU Holiday led by Gavin Thomson which is just beginning at Lendrick Muir. TUESDAY 7 Pray that Gordon Roy and Roy Osborne will see children encounter God during their holiday at Scoughall. The holiday includes S1s, building on relationships with previous primary campers. Let’s pray for deepening relationships between the young people, team and most importantly, with Christ.
WEDNESDAY 8 Pray today for Gordon McBirnie who is leading a four-day mission at Polwarth Church, Edinburgh. Pray for lots of fun and joy, and that God will bring understanding of who Jesus is to little ones who have never heard of him before.
THURSDAY 9 Give thanks that Colin Carmichael enjoyed a time of sabbatical, returning to work in January. Pray for him as he leads a Study Holiday at Lendrick Muir this week. Pray for good learning, fresh discoveries from the Bible, and that teenagers will commit their futures to God.
FRIDAY 10 The Wheel Trust has had staff changes this past year. Praise God for Caitlin Kelly, Youth Work Intern and Debs Craig, Administrator, and their work. Pray for the trust as they prepare for their annual Connect in the City week of outreach to young people in Whiteinch, Glasgow, 10 | suscotland.org.uk

A Gaming Holiday is underway at Lendrick Muir. Give thanks for this opportunity to reach out to children who love video games, bringing them together in a Christian community. Pray for new friendships to be forged and that there will be an eagerness to talk about Jesus and who he is. Bruce Lockhart is Team Leader of the Gaming Holiday as well as a multi-activity holiday also running at Lendrick Muir for P5–S4s. Pray for everything to run smoothly and for lots of energy!

Give thanks for volunteers who make Motiv8 holidays a possibility for young people from priority communities. Pray for Tim Raynes and the team leading a Motiv8 holiday at Lendrick Muir this week. Pray that each individual will experience the love of Jesus, and that young people whose life experience may be one of trauma will feel supported and helped.
Pray for Karen Campbell as she focuses in on a priority area of Glasgow with a view to establishing a new Local Project. Give thanks for encouragements, such as a new SU Group in Eastbank Academy and a Local Ministry Hub that has formed around this school cluster, which includes primary schools in the area around our Glasgow office.

SATURDAY 18 Hillview Community Church in Aberdeen is hosting a Magnitude Worship night tomorrow night. Give thanks for continuing opportunities to develop our Magnitude events in the Northeast. Pray that the event will draw young people from across a wide area.
SUNDAY 19 Give thanks for Open Bible’s work in Ukraine, and for weekly clubs for children and teenagers. Pray for protection from attack; for new volunteers to help lead them; for increasing numbers of children to come to discover how deeply God loves them. Give thanks for youth workers and volunteers who bring young people to Equip. Pray for encouragement as they seek to organise their youth groups to come to the event on Friday night in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Dundee, or meet locally to watch the event online.

SUNDAY 26 Some Activity Instructors from Alltnacriche and Gowanbank are attending a Wilderness Ministry Training Course in conjunction with SU Austria this week to think about how we can use the outdoors and adventure to help young people engage with the gospel. Pray for good cross-fertilization of ideas and a sense of God guiding conversations.
MONDAY 27 Pray for Kirsty Haxton, Rachel Coker and the Magnitude team as they prepare for an even bigger event in July. We want as many young people as possible to have the opportunity to come! MONDAY 4 Our Digital Youth Work team runs missional events all over the country, helping young people to see the God of Creation who gave each one their own unique creativity. Pray that these events will sow seeds deep into the hearts of unreached young people.
TUESDAY 5 Give thanks for Artem Kharchenko who started as Associate Worker with the BUSY Project last November. Artem’s role serves young people in the community of Uphall and Broxburn. Pray for deepening relationships with local churches and staff and pupils in Broxburn Academy and its feeder primaries.

Give thanks for ASN school groups that visit our centres. This week the ASN Department of Dyce Academy are bringing pupils for a residential at Gowanbank. Pray for the Gowanbank team as they support each pupil. Pray that each young person will feel included, loved and valued. Elaine Tait piloted a weekend for a small group of young people from two ASN high schools at the end of last year. Give thanks for its success and pray for wisdom as to future events like this.
The Magnitude team are at Lendrick Muir for pre-event volunteer training. Pray that they will be united in purpose, heart and mind. Pray that new volunteers will catch sight of the vision for Magnitude and find their place on the team.
THURSDAY 7 Junction 12 is running two separate primary weekends at Gowanbank this month. One begins tomorrow night, the next one begins on 15 May. Give thanks for the number of excited children wanting to attend. Pray that time away will deepen relationships with each other and with God.
FRIDAY 8 Pray for safe travels for the two minibuses leaving Perth High School tonight, transporting children from Perth, Kinross & Fife to Alltnacriche for their Primary Weekend. Pray for Team Leader Roy Osborne; that those leading talks will be led by the Holy Spirit; that the children will be aware of God’s presence and connect to his word.
SUNDAY 10 Praise God for the 114 young people who attended Go Conference last October. It was an amazing weekend where God was clearly at work. As we prepare for bookings to open for Go Conference 2026, pray that young people who are eligible will be excited about the idea of stepping into leadership and discovering how God can use them to share Jesus with others.
MONDAY 11 Zonya Bewick, Director of Regional Ministries, leads our team of Regional and Associate Workers. Join her in giving thanks for their passion in helping children and young people explore the Bible and respond to Jesus. Pray for good fellowship tomorrow at their Local Ministries Staff Team Day in Blackford and that the training will sharpen their ministry.
TUESDAY 12 Give thanks for Chris Beattie of KART, his involvement in Walk through the Bible, and
for the way God has grown this ministry in Fife schools over the past year. Praise God for the volunteers who have come forward to deliver the programme, which is impacting over 1000 pupils each year.
WEDNESDAY 13 Give thanks for teaching staff who bring their schools year on year to Alltnacriche, Lendrick Muir and Gowanbank. Pray for school staff who are newcomers to our centres, that they would enjoy their visit and book to return.
THURSDAY 14 A Children’s Work training event is taking place in Dundee on Saturday. Pray that it will be helpful and encouraging for SU Group and church volunteers working with children as topics are explored such as teaching the Bible interactively and supporting children with Additional Support Needs.
FRIDAY 15 Hundreds of young people will be exploring the Bible through Edinburgh’s Big Beach Weekend at Scoughall, the Dumfries & Galloway Primary Weekend at the Faith Mission Centre in Newton Stewart, the Voice Project Weekend at Lendrick Muir, and Equip North East in Kintore. The annual audit of the SU Scotland accounts takes place this month. Pray for attention for detail for our Finance Team as they prepare the accounts, for a good witness to external auditors who will visit the office, and for their eventual approval.
We are grateful to the band of volunteers who served on various weekend Work Parties at Kingscross and Scoughall earlier this year. Pray for Gary Pews, Facilities Coordinator, and Graham Tait, Maintenance Coordinator, as they make future plans and oversee our campsites.
SUNDAY 17 Give thanks for the willing volunteers in Ayrshire who have registered for Bible Alive training tomorrow, Tuesday and on 26 May. Pray that they will enjoy each session, grasp the content, and catch the vision for taking the programme into their local schools.
MONDAY 18 Pray for Wheel Trust youth workers as they continue to engage children in schools in the west end of Glasgow, build relationships, and seek to share the Good News of Jesus. Pray that advertising for the summer Connect in the City outreach will attract many bookings.

Give thanks for an open door into Woodlands Park ASN School, Lanarkshire, where Chloé Anderson has been invited to lead termly assemblies. Pray that the Lord will bring the children understanding of who he is as Bible stories are shared.
FRIDAY 22 P5–S6 Pupils from Clackmannanshire, Falkirk, Stirling and West Lothian are at Lendrick Muir this weekend. They are exploring four Parables detailing how a life with Jesus can be transformative. Pray for Regional Workers Gordon Roy and Daisy Belton and the team of volunteers, and that God’s word will speak. Alan Scott is addressing the topic of forgiveness
at Equip Dundee and the topic at Equip West is ‘Who is Jesus and what does it mean to be a Christian?’ Pray for receptive hearts.
SATURDAY 23 Archery training is happening at Lendrick Muir this weekend. Individuals revalidating their training will attend tomorrow; others will begin two days of training today. Praise God for our centre Activity Instructors who are passing on their skills to others and pray for fun in learning.
SUNDAY 24 Give thanks for answered prayer! We have seen new appointments within the Local Ministries team this past year. Pray that our new Regional and Associate Workers will build deep relationships across their region or community. Pray that they will depend upon the Lord and look to his leading in seeking to establish new SU Groups and hubs.
MONDAY 25 Pray for SU ministry in Ukraine, giving thanks for their Vorzel campsite. Pray that the Lord will supply sufficient funds to enable the completion of a project to build new dorms that will enable ministry to veterans and their families. Pray too for SU ministry in Belarus, asking for

TUESDAY 26 Give thanks for the SU Group at Dean Park Primary, led by Caitlin Boddy. Each week between 12 and 15 girls have been attending. Pray for these girls and for any staff members who may have been overhearing what is going on!
WEDNESDAY 27 Give thanks for Source, a Bible engagement tool that aims to help young people engage with Scripture. Pray for those working on Source 2, for launch in August. THURSDAY 28 Staff at our centres have been hosting guests almost every day since the middle of February. Pray that through dependence on God the teams can give the same care to guests now as they did at the start of the season. Pray for God’s sustaining grace for one another when they feel weary.
FRIDAY 29 Give thanks for Mark Bruce and the ministry of BCYT in Berwickshire. Pray for shared laughter and fun this weekend as children enjoy the beach and outdoor facilities at Scoughall and for deepening relationships that will help them move forward in their journey of faith.
SATURDAY 30 The current Gap Year are finishing their placement element of the programme in the coming weeks. Pray
they end well and enjoy the transition into their summer programme. Pray that they will be confident in delivering English teaching alongside Bible teaching in Hungary in July.
SUNDAY 31 Pray for the children who have bought Action Bibles in the Lendrick Muir souvenir shop this past year. Pray that the Bibles will be opened and used! Praise God that we can offer these at a reduced rate during school residentials, thanks to the generosity of donors.
