I have developed several projects that reflect my evolution in the handling of architectural concepts, design techniques and creative solutions for spatial problems.

The following slides show a selection of the most representative projects, highlighting both the design process and the final results.

Surveys, Spatial Planning and Architectural Visualization

I carried out architectural surveys of 20 retail stores located in the metropolitan area, Hidalgo and Puebla, where I collected precise data on the layout and physical characteristics of the spaces to generate detailed plans.

Develop planograms, optimizing the use of product display spaces to enhance shopping experience.

These activities were complemented with the realization of visualization renderings of proposals for the remodeling of facades in its different branches.

Development of architectural projects for new construction, remodelling and extension with preliminary project scope (architectural preliminary project, structural and installation criteria).

Until October 2024 I have developed 3 more housing projects between 60 and 200 m2 of construction.

1.Casa Rodríguez.

2.Casa Sánchez.

3.Potrero del Rey Departments.

The latter, the only one that was developed until an executive project and carrying out construction supervision.
