“ See, I am doing a new thing. Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”

ISAIAH 43:19

God is doing a new thing! ANNUAL REPORT

2023 | 2024

A crepe myrtle was planted by GRACEPOINT Teachers and sprinkled with soil from RiverStone Church and Piedmont Church, the school’s first two locations.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

A time of change, a transformational milestone in the life of GRACEPOINT School was the move to our permanent campus. Situated on four beautiful acres and encompassing 30,000 square feet of thoughtfully renovated space, this new home is the result of a successful capital campaign, impactful grant funding, and, most importantly, the unwavering generosity of an exceptional community of supporters who believed in our mission to serve dyslexic students.

In January 2024, our faculty and staff packed up classrooms, materials, and years of memories to make the transition. It was no small task with boxes stacked high, carts rolling through hallways, and a collective effort that reflected the same spirit that made this move possible. With determination and excitement, we opened the doors to a new chapter.

As we settled in, the building quickly came to life. Classrooms filled with engaged learners, the gym echoed with activity and laughter, and each morning began together with the pledge and prayer in a space that now truly feels like ours. One of the most striking features of the campus is the abundance of natural light streaming through windows and illuminating the energy, focus, and joy that define each day.

This campus is more than just a building; it is a place where students and teachers have the room they need to learn, grow, and thrive. It is a place where meaningful work happens, where relationships deepen, and where every corner reflects purpose and possibility.

At long last, we are home—and this is just the beginning of The Next Chapter for GRACEPOINT School!

“ I am the vine and you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” - JOHN 15:5

GROUNDED IN GRACE ROOTED FOR GROWTH

With deep gratitude and great joy, we celebrate the successful completion of the Grounded in Grace, Rooted for Growth capital campaign and the realization of Phases 2 and 3—milestones that reflect both vision and faith in action. This achievement was made possible through the generosity of individual donors, the steadfast support of community and family foundations, the partnership of corporate sponsors, and the meaningful contributions of in-kind gifts. Each gift, whether financial or tangible, has helped strengthen the foundation of GRACEPOINT and expand opportunities for the students we serve. Together, this collective investment is not only enhancing our campus today but also ensuring a vibrant and sustainable future for generations to come.

SOURCES OF TUITION ASSISTANCE

SHANA PARDUEHOPE SCHOLARSHIP

Shana Ely Pardue was a devoted mother determined to find the best education for her son, Sam, after his dyslexia diagnosis in third grade. Her search led her to GRACEPOINT, where she found both the right academic approach and the Christcentered environment she desired.

Today, Shana’s passion lives on through those who support GRACEPOINT’s mission to remediate children with dyslexia. The generosity of donors to this fund helps unlock each child’s potential, and since its establishment, more than $100,000 has been given in her honor.

Thank you to Sammy and Nell Ely and the Mary Anna Foundation Charitable Trust.

GRACEPOINT students benefit from four sources of tuition assistance. The SB10 Waiver—also known as the Georgia Special Needs Scholarship—is fully funded by the state of Georgia and administered through the Georgia Department of Education.

The remaining three programs are made possible through the generosity of our donors. These vital, donor-funded resources ensure that students with dyslexia can access a GRACEPOINT education, regardless of their family’s ability to pay full tuition.

GIDDY-UP GRACEPOINT

Financing a specialized education is difficult for some, and seemingly impossible for others. As a school that specializes in bringing out the brilliance of the dyslexic learner, we believe no dyslexic student should be denied the transformative education we offer due to financial constraints.

The goal of Giddy-Up GRACEPOINT is to ‘roundup’ funds for our Tuition Assistance Program, directly benefiting students who depend on financial support to attend our school. 100% of donations are dedicated to tuition assistance.

Students ‘roundup’ funds to bring others to GRACEPOINT, where our specialized approach allows students to thrive academically, spiritually, and beyond!
