Today Susan enjoys staying actively involved in the Dallas neighborhoods in which she serves including the Park Cities, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Southlake, Frisco, Plano, and the northern suburbs. She and her husband, Jim Baldwin, live in the Park Cities and cherish time with family and friends including their two daughters in their 20's.

Each month, it is estimated that my marketing reaches in excess of 100,000 engagements with your home, including luxury print advertising, e-marketing, post cards and tri-folds. I hire a social media and marketing company to assist me in employing the newest and most advanced outlets, including using artificial intelligence, targeting and re-targeting, to bring your home to the attention of buyers looking for an estate in Dallas. As one of the top 3 marketing buyers at Allie Beth Allman, for example, I was invited to be the first agent using a new platform with Modern Luxury and American Express.

And my personal networking and good relationships with other agents is a key component to connecting with the right buyer for your home. I am a member of several networking groups, including the Masters of Residential Real Estate, the top agents in Dallas, who are invited to join this 20+ member group.
