Pregnancy Test A serum ovulation test is normally done 12-14 days after the embryo transfer. If the results are positive, we’ll check your serum cholesterol level and advise you to keep taking progesterone for a few more weeks. If the pregnancy test comes out negative, progesterone is stopped, and your menstruation will start in a few days.
