PRODUCT PROGRESSION Surftech continues to focus on designing and engineering product specifically for women. When designing the 2021 product line we went straight to the source, the female paddler, and covered all aspects of what females want in ideal SUP products. From lighter-weight composite boards, to Inflatables and the new roller backpacks, paddles, accessories, plus year 3 of a very exciting collaboration with prAna. COMPOSITE MODELS The 2020 composite models are best suited for short to mid-range paddling around the lake, lagoon, river, or beach and are a great style of board that the entire family can enjoy. Surftech’s All-Around boards can be used for short distance touring, yoga, fishing, water transportation, just to name a few purposes, but are primarily intended for recreation. SURFTECH SUP TECHNOLOGY BREAKDOWN

BOARD TECHNOLOGIES The Tuflite Ghost-Carbon construction process begins with a water-resistant fused-cell EPS foam “core”. Every EPS core is purpose built to the individual board size and then is hand finished to bring out every detail. The Ghost Carbon boards are laminated with 100% carbon fiber, vacuum bagged to reduce weight and to seal the board to perfection. The Ghost Carbon consists of a flat-finish paint and then is precision sanded to reduce weight and enhance the performance.

Every Tuflite V-Tech board is made using a water-resistant fused-cell EPS foam “core”, which is the lightest, most durable core on the market. Tight bonds are created between the fused cells to create a water-resistant core that can withstand dents and dings. The core is then pressuremolded using high-quality wood veneer, carbon, fiberglass, and GreenPoxy® resin resulting in a light, strong, rigid board.

WOOD-CLASSIC

P O LY The Tuflite C-Tech construction starts with a water-resistant fused-cell foam “core” which makes them extra strong and durable. The Tuflite C-Tech is then wrapped with layers of fiberglass and is vacuum-molded and bonded to the core using high-quality GreenPoxy® resin. For additional GHOST CARBON strength where it counts, a natural wood standing area is installed for reinforcement. The Tuflite WOOD-CLASSIC C-Tech construction is extremely durable and has a flat finish which makes them easy for repair.

The Fusion V-Tech construction starts with a water-resistant fused-cell foam “core” which makes GHOST CARBON them extra strong and durable. The Fusion V-Tech is then wrapped with layers of fiberglass and is vacuum-bagged and bonded to the core using high-quality epoxy resin. For additional strength where it counts, a natural wood standing area is installed for reinforcement. The Fusion V-Tech construction has rail reinforcements for flex and durability.

Surftech’s Utility Armor construction consists of a water-resistant fused-cell EPS core, highquality grade fiberglass, epoxy resin, plus reinforced rails and standing area. Then the board receives an ABS/PC plastic heat-molded shell for an extremely durable layer of armor. The Utility Armor shell protects against drops, hacks, and is the ideal construction for rental facilities or first-time board owners.

Softops are built with a water-resistant fused-cell EPS core, epoxy resin, fiberglass, and a wood reinforced standing area. The full soft foam deck provides built-in traction creating a comfortable standing area, while the slick bottom ensures good glide. Boards built in this construction are soft, safe, versatile and easy to ride - perfect for newbie paddlers or rental facilities looking for a durable safe board.

The Air Travel Inflatables are made of high-quality puncture-resistance PVC Drop-stitch material to create a strong, rigid SUP that can go anywhere and stores easily. The double sidewall and dual-layer deck / bottom make Surftech Inflatables the most durable construction on the market. Surftech Inflatables come with dual-action hand pump to transform from duffel bag sized to a full-sized SUP. 15-18psi.
