KITESURF RENTAL
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Without a Kitesurf License, a guest needs to do a Level Check (35 euros on top of rental price) or do a 2h supervision with one of our instructors before renting kitesurf equipment.
If the guest has a Licence (VDWS 5 or IKO 3K), he can rent directly.
In case the level of the guest is insufficient, the voucher can be changed into lessons.
STORAGE
Rates are valid for 1 board + 2 rigs (sail, kite or wing) - no theft insurance for storage.
EXTRAS
Double Use (2 persons sharing the same equipment) = rental +20%
Adult + Child (up to 14 years old included): Rental use is free of charge for kids
Kids discounts up 14 years old included (check under Addons)
Surf & Play - Introduction to Wingsurf, Windsurf, SUP, Wavesurf and Kitesurf - depending on the conditions : 4 x 1,5hrs Kids from 8 till 14 years old – small groups of max 4 children (only in Golf de Roses)
Special Rental: includes Windsurf Beginner equipment (board with Daggerboard) and is available only in Combination with Windsurf Discovery Beginner or Windsurf Refresher Course.
Group Lesson: If there is only 1 student the duration of the lesson is reduced to about 75%
WINGFOIL / WINDSURF RENTAL
Wingfoil Rental requires an Independent Level. By Independent level, we mean the guest is able to come back at the same point than the one he left from.
Depending on the spot and destination, this can be walking back with the equipment or riding upwind.
A Level check will be done by the staff at the center.
Windsurf in Safaga requires a license or a Level check.
CANCELLATION FEES
When a guest wants to cancel his booking, a Credit Voucher (Valid 24 months in all ION CLUB Destinations) of the total amount is offered in the first place.
If the guest prefers a refund, some cancellations fees may apply:
Up to 31 days before departure: Administration Fees // 30 euros
30 till 8 days before departure: 50% of Total Amount
7 till 1 day before departure: 75% of Total Amount
Day of Departure (No show): 100% of Total Amount
