EARLY TEAR DOWN Dear Exhibitors, Please be advised that early dismantling of exhibit booths is strictly prohibited. The Supply-Build Canada Showcase is a two-day event taking place on January 21–22, 2026. All exhibits must remain fully installed, staffed, and operational until the Showcase officially closes at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Premature dismantling compromises the professional integrity of the event, disrupts the exhibit hall environment, and negatively impacts neighboring exhibitors. All exhibitors are required to maintain their booths during all scheduled exhibit hall hours, as outlined in official Showcase communications. Failure to comply with this policy may result in an immediate fine of CAD $1,000.00. Exhibitors are encouraged to report any instances of early teardown so that appropriate action may be taken promptly.
