GreatStuff utilizes injection molding and blow molding processes in the manufacturing of all our products at our Ohio facilities. Pad printing is the method used for the majority of our imprinting, so it’s helpful to keep that in mind when submitting artwork. We also have screen printing options available on-site.

A fully integrated manufacturer and supplier, we can respond quickly to your orders. Our standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days, but we will work with you to meet an event date. • Our company uses pad printing which puts certain limitations on the reproduction of large solid areas of color. Reversed text or graphics will usually fill-in and are not recommended.

• We recommend using straight line art without screens and halftones.

• Always include a print out of your art with every order.

• Recycled products may have slight defects due to the nature of the recycling process; our environmentally friendly products will vary in color & texture. These are considered normal manufacturing deviations and not product defects.

• Artwork will be adjusted accordingly to accomidate for plastic’s native manufacturing gates to ensure best imprint.

• It is a standard addition for us to add a stock recycling message to your product if a recycled product is chosen and your artwork does not already contain a recycling message. This does take up a small part of the imprint area for the artwork. If this addition is not desired, please be sure to specify this on your purchase order.
