High-resolution, rasterized art is accepted in the majority of cases but is not ideal. Rasterized art is built in pixel-based applications like Adobe® Photoshop®. Common file extensions are .psd, .tif, and .jpg.

High-resolution images must be at least 300 dpi.

Low-resolution jpg, gif, and png files cannot be accepted because the quality is insufficient.

Product color match is available on most products with a minimum quantity of 10,000 pieces. Custom product color set-up charge is $195.00(z). Less than order minimum $50.00 (v). Absolute minimums are half of the smallest catalog quantity of that item. Not available for all items.

SHIPPING F.O.B. Ontario, California: Split shipments: $10.00 (v) per destination after the first location. UPS will be the carrier unless otherwise requested. The factory does not assume responsibility for carrier delays, damage or loss. Packages shipped via ground are uninsured unless specified. The distributor will assume responsibility once the carrier receives the product.

Production Time: 7 to 27 working days after art approval based on product and catalog quantity. If your order is greater than catalog quantity, please call for details.

Rush service: Add 20% to the total order (the factory must confirm the order). 4 to 7 working days after art approval. Rush service is based on catalog quantity only. Day one of production is considered the day after the art approval is received, weekends and holidays excluded. Rush service is not available on all items.

ORDERS / CHARGES All orders are acknowledged by email within 24 hours. Production will not begin until the art proof is approved. Copy changes are available for $38.00 (v) per color/location.
