We focused our research and development on a unique, attractive inflatable tent unlike any other.

Our AirDome is carefully designed to withstand winds of up to 50 mph. This unique tent works along the principles of “mechanical distortion,” meaning it will absorb the wind power coming from any direction and will always stay stable.

Furthermore, this tent is free of any hardware that could damage its surrounding environment, a feature providing optimal safety to people and their property.

We use a solid 8-Layer seam stitch, the only way to guarantee the correct air pressure resistance.

ENJOY

Our AIT (Airtight Inner Tube) technology does not require a constant air supply. What does that mean? For most inflatable products found on the market today, a noisy blower constantly supplying air is needed to keep good pressure in its structure.

This is noisy, and requires electricity, which is not always conveniently available. Our AIT technology eliminats the need for constant air flow!

Once the frame is pumped up, the air is sealed off inside and won't be released until you open the valves.

This fabric is often compared to Kevlar which is used to make parachute ropes. We chose Dacron® for its high resistance in both wet and dry conditions, and its great performance against abrasion.

Dacron® also has a low absorbency, allowing the fiber to dry quickly.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN RASTER AND VECTOR ART FILES The 2 types of digital artwork we work with are raster art or vector art. Raster Art includes digital photos as well as designs made in PHOTOSHOP, and it’s made up of defined pixels (tiny dots of color). Because there’s a fixed number of pixels in the artwork, it cannot be enlarged without becoming pixilated blurry.

Vector Art includes designs made in ILLUSTRATOR as well as some PDF documents, and it’s made up of lines and shapes defined by equations. It’s created mathematically, so it can be enlarged endlessly without any degradation.

SUBMITTING ART FILES We recommend all raster files to be 150 dpi (Dots per Inch) designed in the size that is being ordered. Always convert fonts to outlines/paths when possible. By converting fonts to outlines you will avoid having to send the fonts with your files. In PHOTOSHOP , text can be rasterized and therefore does not need the fonts.

Keep in mind that after rasterizing or outlining texts, no changes can be made to the text. If your fonts are not converted to outlines or rasterized, your design may not be printed/viewed the way it was meant to be.

COLOR MATCHING Art files should be saved in CMYK color mode. Colors may differ in RGB mode. Provide PMS color matching information if applicable. The Digital Print Process simulates PMS colors and are not guaranteed to match the Pantone color book precisely.

All our products ship from our location in Huntington Beach, California.

2) How soon can I get my order?

We carry a large amount of items in stock. Once your art is approved, it takes only 10 business days to complete your order with our regular turnaround and we can have it as fast as 5 business days with our rush option.

Once we receive your file and verify that it is in the correct format, we will send you an e-proof file for you to approve.

If you would like to make any changes, send them immediately. We will revise your proof with your modified requests.

Production will start after your final approval.

4) Can I come and pick up my order?

Of course, our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5.00pm and you are more than welcome to visit us and pick up your orders.

5) Do you offer rush order options?

Yes, when placing an order please specify and ask for rush service. We will be do our best to have it ready for you in between 5 to 7 business days.

6) Do I need any tools to setup my pop-up tent?

No tools are required to setup your pop-up tents. We developed innovative products that are very simple to setup in 30 seconds without the need of any tools. *Please refer to our documents>manuals section on the website.

7) Is steel stronger than aluminum?

Not necessarily! Steel is heavier but it doesn’t mean it is stronger. Our Aluminum line is actually more reinforced and will last longer.

8) Can aluminum rust?

No, our anodized aluminum is rust-free made and our steel is white power-coated to prevent any rust.

9) What type of files do I need to send you to get the process started?

Please refer to the Artwork & Guidelines section on page 34.

10) How do I clean my tops or flags?

We recommend that you dry clean your tops and flags for longer color vibrancy, but you may also use soap and water.

11) Are your products fire retardant?

Yes, all of our products are fire retardant, and can be used during your indoor/outdoor events.
