ORDERING GUIDELINES: Acknowledgements - all purchase orders will be confirmed via email or fax. Any discrepancies are to be addressed prior to production. All orders are processed and billed per our acknowledgements and are considered final. All acknowledgements must be signed and returned, before order production.

Blank Orders: Billed at EQP provided minimum quantity is ordered (certain items excluded).

PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production period is 5 days upon approval .

DRINKWARE: When shipping drinkware, we suggest using our ‘special drinkware pack box’ which is an additional $6(V); if customer declines this recommendation, it is understood that Penguin Products, LLC/ Fasttrack Promos will not be liable for any breakage claims.

SELF PROMOTIONS: All self promotion orders are invoiced at EQP less 10% (provided minimum catalog quantity is ordered).

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: We reserve the right to ship and bill +/- 5% of your order quantity.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Absolute minimums are half of the first column quantity. Less than minimum charge is $50(V). If multi-color printing is required, the less than minimum charge applies to each color.

SAMPLE REQUESTS: Random samples and blank samples for items under $5 are provided free of charge if a shipper # is provided. All other samples are charged at EQP less 10%.

PREPRODUCTION SAMPLES: PrePro samples are $80(V), plus a set up charge of $50(V) per color. Should the PrePro be approved for full production, reset charges apply.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us. Artwork should be sent to: artdept@fasttrackpromos.com (no correspondence is accepted at this address). Vector artwork is preferred, as it provides the best quality and allows for resizing without loss of clarity. Any artwork provided in formats other than vector will incur an art charge.

PMS COLOR MATCHING: If an exact PMS print color is needed, a charge of $37.50 (V) may apply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL RUN CHARGES: For each additonal run of ink color and/or artwork location, .45(R) is applied.

Additional Setups per color and/or artwork also apply. Basketballs, Footballs and Soccer balls incur .75(R).

RUSH SERVICES: Available based on production capacity and product stock. Rush charges may apply. We will always attempt to meet your needs without additional charges; however, courier and expediting charges may apply.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped FOB our NY warehouse by UPS or FedEx unless otherwise requested.

Other methods of ground service may incur a fee of $10(Z). Handling charges are applied to freight and are invoiced as “freight and handling”. All inflatable balls carry an additional handling charge of $2 net per box.

Third Party Shipping: The use of third party shipping will incur a charge of $3(V) per box handling fee.

DISCREPANCIES: Must be reported within 15 days after receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without RMA# authorization.
