No orders less than half minimum.

Exact Quantity: Factory reserves the right to bill and ship 5% over/under runs. If exact quantities are required, the purchase order must state “Exact Quantities” and a $40 (G) fee will be charged.

Colors: Most products have unlimited colors, full bleed color unless noted. Artwork is produced via CMYK process printing.

Any white on submitted art will be achieved through natural color of the coaster, paper, etc. Natural slate stone coasters are the only exception and will be printed in white.

For any hot stamped products, please refer to the hot stamped imprint chart on page 7 for complete list of available colors. Product swatches for mats and fans will be under the corresponding listing.

File Format: Vector file formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred.

Raster file formats (TIF, JPG, PSD) are also acceptable if 300 dpi or greater.

Additional charges may be added for non-conforming artwork and/or more than 3 proof changes. Art charge of $50(G)/hour if requested/required (1 hour minimum.)

Order Changes: All changes must be submitted in writing.

Customers will be liable for any changes made and costs associated after the production process has begun, includes but not limited to setup and product costs.

Payment Terms: A 3.5% surcharge will be added to all invoices paid by credit card. No surcharge for other payment types, such as ACH, check or wire transfer. Contact Customer Service for alternative payment arrangements. A 5% service charge will be added to Net 30 accounts if paid with a credit card after shipping. There is a $25 (G) service charge on all returned checks and transfers.

Shipping Terms: FOB - Varies by product (34470, 37172, 46112.) Orders ship FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested on the PO. No charge for 3rd party billing on your account via FedEx or UPS. Chargeback charges will result in a $30 (G) service charge plus the original shipping cost as billed by the carrier. Undeliverable addresses, address corrections and returned packages, as indicated from the carrier, will result in an $30(G) charge, per carton, charged by the carrier.

CPSIA: All products are classified by the CPSIA as a “general use” product which is designed for business and promotional purposes. Our products are designed for use by adults but can be made for use by children when specified. All paper products that have been determined by the CPCS to be safe to sell when not treated, altered, or processed to contain lead.
