General Terms
ORDERS
Placing An Order Authorized distributors can place orders by fax, but email is preferred and will expedite order entry and processing. Purchase orders must include: industry identification number, contact name, phone, fax, billing address, email address, in-hand date if firm, item number, quantity, product color, imprint color, pricing, rush fees and setup charges, shipping address, and shipping method.
Prices Include All prices include one imprint, one location. 2nd side imprint available as noted on product pages. Please visit our website www.AftonPromotions.com for current prices prior to placing your order. Many factors influence price, and unfortunately prices may deviate from the published prices. Prices on website will be considered current and honored, except for typographical errors.
Production Time Standard production time is listed for each item. Orders with approved art and payment arrangements by noon ET will begin production the following business day. Orders over 1000 pieces may require additional production time; please contact the factory for availability.
Rush Orders Rush production is available on certain products as noted in the production column. When placing a rush order, artwork must be production ready or typeset by factory. Orders with approved art and payment arrangements by 4pm ET will begin production the following business day; orders in and approved by Noon ET will begin production that day. Rush orders must ship via UPS. No changes may be made to rush orders after approvals.
Acknowledgments Orders will be acknowledged via email within 8 business hours.

Repeat Orders Exact repeat orders within 2 years should include previous order date, PO number, and our invoice number and will be charged $50G setup plus run charges.
Unimprinted (Blank) Orders Use next column pricing, catalog minimums apply, and minimum order of $50 required. All sales are final.
Over/Under Runs We ship exact quantities.
Inventory We cannot guarantee inventory availability. Contact factory for stock levels.
Copyright / Trademarks Factory assumes that artwork submitted for an order is in compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Distributors, by placing these orders, agree not to hold factory responsible for any damages, costs or expenses, arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
Cancellation or Changes All cancellations are subject to approval by the factory. All costs incurred to the point of cancellation will be billed plus $30G. Changes, if accepted, will be billed at costs incurred plus $30G
Payment Terms Net 30 days from ship date will be extended on approved accounts. A 1% monthly interest charge may be assessed for all past due balances. Returned checks will incur a $30 service fee. Customers must provide a resale certificate when applicable.
Collections Accounts requiring collections will be liable for all associated costs including legal fees.
Guarantee All products are guaranteed against defects in material, and imprint subject to normal consumer applications.
Returns All shipments should be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. Factory must be notified within 7 days of any defects. Only authorized returns will be accepted. In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, factory will replace the goods, FOB Afton TN 37616, or refund the purchase price at factory discretion. Afton Promotions liability shall not, in any event, exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.
Samples Random samples less than $2 EQP are free, over $2 are at EQP. UPS or FedEx account number must be furnished.
Poly Bagging Some products scuff during the shipping process. Poly bagging is recommended to minimize this scuffing .07G each.
Assembly Please note assembly charges where applicable. POs without assembly charges included will be shipped unassembled and in bulk.
Minimums Orders for less than listed MOQ $50Z, absolute MOQ 100 pcs except silicone rings MOQ 1000pcs.
Serialization Available on most products. Run Charge $.25G, Setup $20G. Call for availability.
ARTWORK
Imprint Layout and Size If not specified, factory will use its expertise to layout imprint in the best manner, using art work at the size submitted.
Laser Art All artwork for laser engraving should be black only, preferably vector art, but no less than 600 dpi at actual size.
File Format All artwork should be vector format with all fonts converted to outlines or curves and saved as AI 10, EPS, PDF, or CDR, all without compression. Art templates can be found online on each product page.
Sending Artwork Artwork should be emailed with the PO when possible. Email subject line should include company name and PO number.
Art Charges / Graphic Design Normal typesetting is done free of charge. Additional art services will be performed at $65G per hour.
Art Retention Factory will keep artwork for 2 years.
General Terms
PRODUCTS, COLORS AND PROOFS
Color Match Factory will make the best possible effort to match a referenced PMS color for $15G. An exact match cannot be guaranteed on the imprint or the item color from lot to lot, but every effort will be made to match as best possible.
Proofs Free email proofs are available as requested. Production times will not begin until proofs are approved. $20G virtual proof, $50 pre-production sample plus shipping/ setup/and molds, $20G client initiated art changes after initial factory artwork is completed.
Assorted Colors For assorted colors, the minimum quantity and increments per color is the minimum quantity listed.
Product, Product Colors and Illustrations Product and product color may vary from lot to lot and from that shown online or in print. The logos used are for illustrative purposes only. This does not imply any endorsement nor that they are offered for sale. Factory reserves the right to offer a substitute product that compares in price, design, type, and color for those shown online and in the catalog.
Template Designs Factory has stock designs online that can be added to many of the metal key chains we offer.
Dimensions Product measurements are offered as a guide and are not exact.
SHIPPING
Carriers Standard shipping is via UPS or FedEx. We DO NOT ship via DHL or USPS.
Shipping Charges Freight: billed at cost or on account provided. Handling Charge: add $9.50 fee per shipment. Drop Ship / Split Ship: add $6 per location. All prices FOB Goshen IN 46528. Shipping estimates are estimates (not guaranteed).
Tracking Numbers will be emailed once order has been packaged.
Early Shipping at factory discretion unless specified otherwise on purchase order.
Address Corrections Subject to an $8Z per carton charge and will be billed.
Title / Ownership Title passes when merchandise is transferred to the carrier. If the carrier fails to make a timely delivery, distributor is liable.
Late Delivery Late deliveries caused by acts beyond our control, shipping, or customs intervention will not be the responsibility of factory. Inventory shortages will be advised prior to production.
Damages All shipments leave the factory in good condition. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed with the carrier.
Export Papers Orders requiring export papers will incur a $35G fee. Distributor may provide shipping documents to avoid fee.

CPSC – Consumer Product Safety Afton Promotions complies with all CPSC guidelines and follows a proven quality control process.
Compliance Afton Promotions complies with all current federal regulations and guidelines regarding chemical composition, manufacturing standards, and health and labor laws.
Proposition 65 The state of California has special standards and labeling that must be met. It is the distributor’s responsibility to provide factory written notice that any product ordered may be sold or shipped to the state of California, and that the product will require a Prop 65 warning. Additional charges will apply and be quoted on a case by case basis.
