All orders must be received in writing via email or fax. Phone orders cannot be accepted. For accurate service, please include the following on your purchase order:
• Item number, style, color, quantity and pricing
• Imprint color, size and position
• Requested in-hands date (if applicable)
• Ship to address and shipping method
Artwork sent must reference your purchase order number. Unless otherwise noted, the imprint will be centered within the printable area of the bag; due to bag construction this printable area may not be the exact center of the bag.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Every order is acknowledged in writing. Please review this acknowledgement carefully and contact us immediately with discrepancies. If acknowledgement is not received within two days, please call to verify receipt. Any changes made after order acknowledgement must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges and/or production time.
PRODUCTION TIME AND RUSH SERVICES
See pages 94-95 for details on production time and rush service. Due to potential seasonal rush demands, production schedules may vary. Printed merchandise must be accepted.
PAYMENT/CREDIT POLICY
For new accounts, a new customer application must accompany your order. All new customers are pre-paid. Orders will not ship without credit approval or pre-payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Deposit may also be required on large quantity import products, whether or not dates are maintained.

SHIPPING WEIGHT: Case weights listed in our catalog are approximate. We cannot be responsible for differences in actual freight versus quoted freight charges.
SPECIAL FREIGHT FEES: Inside delivery, residential, redelivery, COD, international, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico incur additional shipping fees. We reserve the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued. Freight and duty must be charged on your freight account.
DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $20.00 per destination on shipments going to more than one location. Drop shipments may not be available on all items. Maximum 10 locations. For 10+ locations, please call for quote.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All changes must be in writing via e-mail or fax. Any changes in shipping must be made 3 days prior to ship date. Cancellations must be e-mailed or faxed. All cancellations requested after order acknowledgement will incur minimum $40.00, plus charges for the work completed at the time of cancellation, including artwork, set-up, plates, material and labor costs. Artwork review time incurred on custom products will incur a graphic charge.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
Only unimprinted bags may be returned for credit. A 20% restocking fee applies as well as all original freight and return freight charges. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization and a return number issued by the factory. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No credit will be issued if product was not used in its normal course. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks after authorization is given or the claim will be voided.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Claims must be settled within 30 days of invoice date. Once shipments are picked up, the carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery of the order. If shipment arrives damaged or delayed, all claims must be filed with carrier.

Hot Stamping: $90.00 + applicable plate and art charges.
Ink Printing: $90.00 + applicable plate and art charges.

DIGITAL PROOF/ VIEWING FILE CHARGES: First digital proof/viewing file and 1 revision are free. Each additional viewing file requested will incur a $30.00 charge.
VIRTUAL SAMPLE REQUESTS
All virtual requests are subject to review when determining applicable charges. Typically, simple virtuals are free and the turnaround time is 24 hours. For complex virtuals the turnaround time is 2-3 days. Cost, if any, depends on level of complexity of the request. Multiple revision requests for virtuals will incur additional charges determined on a per job basis. A virtual sample is not equivalent to a proof.
PHYSICAL SAMPLE REQUESTS
Maximum of 3 samples. Must include shipper number at time of request. With sufficient inventory, sample(s) will ship within 48 hours of request.

The best and highest quality imprints are made from VECTOR ART.
VECTOR ART is made up of paths which are defined by points, lines and curves and represented by mathematical equations. Vector art can be scaled to any size and retain its proportions, sharpness and detail at no loss in quality.
Note: A scanned image (e.g. .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, .psd, .pdf) or art created in a photo/paint program is not vector art, it is a raster image.
RASTER IMAGE is a collection of pixels or dots arranged in a rectangular grid known as a bitmap. Scaling a raster image to a larger size results in a loss of quality as the pixel squares get bigger and create jaggy edges on the image. In addition, placing, linking, embedding, or copying these images into a drawing program does not convert them into vector art and will not meet our art requirements. If raster images are the only available art, they must be at least 300 dpi at actual print size.
Vector will retain its integrity when the size is modified. The bitmap loses it’s quality when it is enlarged because each individual pixel is increased.

- Thicker text is recommended for textured products.
- Artwork with large coverage or fine print is not recommended as it may not produce a good quality imprint.

The PMS Colors indicated are only reference approximations of actual colors printed on white bags. Bag color will alter the shade, tone or hue of the ink, especially light color ink - such as white ink - on dark color bags. Certain ink and bag color combinations are not recommended. Please call for more details.
NOTE: Our imprinting processes operate in a post-production environment in which imprinting takes place on a product which is already constructed. In some cases folds and creases produced in manufacturing the bags result in some restrictions that may impact certain artwork’s printability and available imprint area. Also, artwork position on post-printed products may vary slightly from product to product due to manual feeding.

- Artwork with large coverage or fine print is not recommended as it may not produce a good quality imprint.

Color Magic and Spot Magic are not subject to space requirements and are therefore ideal for designs requiring multi-color and close registration. For best results, some minor adjustments may be required. These minor adjustments will be noted on your viewing file proof for approval.

PLATES: Flexo and Hot Stamp plates are stored for 3 years. Within those 3 years there are no plate charges applied on exact re-orders. Repeat orders with art changes will be treated as new and will incur plate charges IMPORTANT NOTES:
PRODUCTION TIME:
- All production times begin after credit and final artwork approval and does not include delivery time.
- Orders larger than end-column quantity will require extra production time.
- Extra production time may be required during peak seasons.
- Unimprinted orders are expected to ship 24-48 hrs after order is received.
RUSH SERVICE:
