Hard surface products are easy to clean. Great for areas that will get heavy usage. The bright digital imprint is subsurface, making it durable and long-lasting. Digital Printing is done using a 4-color process press. For PMS colors please specify colors from the Pantone® Color Bridge® swatch book or the Pantone® Process swatch book. PMS matches are not guaranteed, but will be as close as digital printing allows.

Mouse Carpet™ surface products have a soft feel. The bright, dye sublimation printing on the surface is guaranteed not to fade. The soft fabric offers great mouse traction. Borders are not recommended, because of possible shifting during the printing process. Counter Mats are available with an antimicrobial protection built in during the manufacturing process. Fabric surface remains clean by actively inhibiting and discouraging the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew. Color matching is not available on these products.

Proofs

Electronic proof of product layout is provided at no charge. All orders are proofed before production time starts. Electronic proofs are a PDF document, emailed to you at low resolution. You should check ALL Proofs thoroughly, as once you approve it, the file becomes final. Check for color accuracy (if you chose to use spot colors), and make sure there are no typos. The accuracy of the proof imprint is your responsibility and we accept no liability if imprinting represents what you signed off on with this approval.

Backing Material Types

• Heavy Duty is the natural open cell rubber. This is our most popular option. Fabric: 1⁄16”, 1⁄8”, 3⁄16”, ¼” Hard: 1⁄16”, 1⁄8” • Medium Duty is SBR, which is a man made rubber. It is softer feel and lighter. Similar to Neoprene in texture. 1⁄8” thick • Light Duty is an EVA foam, a closed cell foam. Think of those summer flip flops! 1⁄8” thick • Non-Skid is a rubber coating on our Thin products. It prevents the pad or mat from shifting on most flat surfaces. .02” thick • Repositionable is an adhesive that allows you to remove and stick the pad or mat where ever you need it. .02” thick

Tips for UV Inkjet Products Our UV inkjet printer applies ink to the surface of the product. Full-color logos can now be used with any of our engraving materials to give you the best of both worlds!

Material color?

• White. No problem, you’ll get great results on any of our white materials.

• Colored material. We generally will print white first, to get the color you expect.

Condensing Personalization

With the automation of personalization has come some additional issues that need to be addressed when ordering your personalized products. If a name and/or title is too long, what should we do? There are several options: ❶ Condense the information The choice is yours. We will discuss your options for your particular requirements. Condensing is the most popular option, since it leaves all the information intact. Note the change in readability, however:

❷ Abbreviate parts of the information

For example a title of Vice President of Sales and Marketing could be shortened to VP of Sales & Mktg. ❸ Truncate the information Truncating your imprint will cut-off the information at the end of a line. For example if Stephanie Johnson wanted her title Vice President of Sales and Marketing on her badge. We may end cutting off many letters off her title because there isn’t sufficient room on the badge.

Shipping & General Ordering Information Production Time & Rush Service

Normal production time is 5 working days on most products. Production time is started after receipt of order, approved artwork, approved proof, approved credit and order details are clear.

Rush service is available only with prior approval of customer service. Production times are in working days (Monday-Friday excluding major holidays). Changes made to an order in process could result in a later ship date. Proofs may also lengthen production time. Shipping time should be added to our production time. Air shipment charges will be added to any rush charges.

Repeat Orders

Repeat orders should include our original invoice number and date to ensure exact duplication. Artwork is kept for 2 years, after that time it will be necessary to provide new artwork and new setup charges will apply. PMS match charges will occur with reorders.

Shipping

Unless specified, order will be shipped by UPS ground, FedEx Express Saver® service or First Class Mail. Expedited services are available when authorized by the customer. A handling charge of $5.50x per package will apply to orders. Release programs are not subject to handling charge.

Less Than Minimum Charge

If ordering less than the minimum catalog quantity, a less than minimum charge will apply to the order.

Product Guarantee

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of the invoice.

During the warranty period, a product determined by us to be defective will be repaired, refunded, or replaced, at our option, at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, transportation, or as a result of a service or modification other than by us. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied. We cannot be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as lost revenue, arising from the purchase of our products.

Color Matching • Screen Printing

Copy & Color Changes

Change of ink color within an order, add $25.00g. Material colors can be changed at no additional cost. For change of copy (example: tag line on badge or name and phone number on business card magnets) add $25.00g per change. Copy changes need to be a minimum of half our lowest catalog quantity.

Color Matching • Sublimation Printing

Screen Printing uses mixed inks to apply individual colors to the surface of the product. PMS color matches are $40.00g per match. Charges will appear on all reorders. PMS matches are not guaranteed. Dramatic changes in appearance of ink color will occur on dark plastics, brass, aluminum or wood.

Sublimation printing uses heat and pressure to chemically bond ink to the substrate. Color matching is not available on these products. Dramatic changes in appearance of ink color will occur on aluminum. Colors are translucent and will show texture of aluminum, black ink is solid and recommended for type and personalization.

Digital Printing is done using a 4-color process press. For PMS colors please specify colors from the Pantone® Color Bridge® swatch book or the Pantone® Process swatch book. PMS matches are not guaranteed, but will be as close as digital printing allows. Neon and metallic colors are not available on digital products.

UV Inkjet Printing uses process colors to apply ink to the surface of the product. PMS matches are not guaranteed, but will be as close as digital printing allows.
