OVER/UNDER RUNS: We reserve the right to ship and bill for five percent over or under ordered quantity.

BLANK ITEM ORDERS: Use next column pricing.

PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days upon credit approval.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE: Alexander warrants all products to be of the highest quality and will replace any defective products without charge. Liability limited to amount of invoice.

RETURNS: All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of goods. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number issued by Alexander. Goods must be returned within 15 working days of authorization issuance or the claim will be void.

REPEAT ORDERS: No set up charge for orders that are less than two years old. When reordering, specify previous purchase order number on current purchase order.

CANCELLATION: Customer is responsible for all costs incurred after production starts.

SHIPPING: Most orders will be shipping from ZIP code 61776. The most economical carrier will be selected unless otherwise specified.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: Recourse with carrier is the responsibility of the customer. Title to merchandise passes to consignee on carrier pickup.
