General Information Delivery/Pickup

We offer statewide delivery service for our rental equipment, instrument services, and jobsite supplies. Ask for our delivery rates upon making your reservation. We also provide same day delivery. There is no jobsite in New England or New York that is out of our range. We also realize there are certain times when there is an emergency and we will immediately adjust to respond to those needs. Be sure to make a reservation to ensure we have a delivery time is convenient for you.

Rental Purchase

We have programs available to convert a rental into a purchase. All rental to purchase transactions must be clearly defined in writing before the onset of the rental. Any previously paid rental will not be applied towards a buyout after the fact.

Accessories/Fuel

We have many accessory items for our rental equipment which are not listed in the rate guide. In some cases these accessory items may be available at an additional charge. Please be aware fuel is not included in our listed rental rates.

We can provide fuel, available at all three locations, for your convenience and this cost will be added to your rental contract.

Rental Period

Our rental rates are based on nine hours of running time per day or fortyfive hours per week. This is a considerable advantage over our competitors who offer only an eight hour running day. Please note, two shift usage is charged at 1.5 times the normal rate and 3 shift usage is charged at 2 times the normal rate.

Lease Purchase

We are able to arrange financing for you on most equipment purchases.

We can also create a monthly lease payment schedule which can be tailored to your needs.

Service/Parts

We service everything that we sell in-house. Our service technicians are factory trained to repair many types of equipment. We have the capability to repair most small jobsite equipment that is gasoline, diesel, or electrically powered. We offer quick estimates and turnaround on all of our service work. We also have a large variety of replacement parts in-stock for most of the manufacturers we carry.

Our parts network is quite extensive for any major manufacturer in the industry, so we can normally have parts we do not stock within a few days. There is no part order too small!
