Annual Members Meeting

For most Associations the Annual Members Meeting is just a box to check, or just another boring meeting to hold since state law requires it. For others, such as the SunRiver Villas, it’s a time to celebrate the community and all the benefits it has to offer. The annual meeting is treated as somewhat of a birthday for all the residents living there as they often have food and entertainment to enjoy. In years past, The Villas have enjoyed the experience provided by Siva Pasefika’s dancing & Nuestras Racies mariachi music.

This year was no different with Christian Ford, a comedic magician, putting on the performance of a lifetime! His charming humor and magical tricks left everyone enjoying both the good weather and the company of neighbors. It was a reminder that meeting requirements of governing documents don’t always have to be boring or simply checking a box. It can be a celebration of the community.
