Then, more spectacular fall foliage awaits as you journey through Crawford Notch, an arresting pass through the White Mountains. Stop for pictures at the Silver Cascade Waterfall and Bretton Woods, which offers stunning views of Mount Washington, the tallest peak in the northeast at 6,288 feet (1,917 metres). Your trip will be confirmed after receipt of a non-refundable deposit as detailed in the Summary Booking and Cancellation Terms table. Name Changes: Insight does not charge for name changes or name corrections, however where third party costs are incurred these will be passed on to the guest. A change of trip date or itinerary after final payment is due (see Summary Booking and Cancellation table) of departure date will be treated as a cancellation. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation by Traveller: Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking. If notice of cancellation is received by Insight before final payment is due (see Summary Booking and Cancellation table), the deposit will be retained. If cancellation is made after final payment is due cancellation fees will apply (see Summary Booking and Cancellation table). Please also refer to Air Cancellation Section where applicable. All cancellations fees as per the Summary Booking and Cancellation table are additional to any cancellation fees or other charges that may be levied by your Travel Agent. Cancellation by Insight : Insight reserves the right, to modify or cancel any trip (definite or not), accommodation, in-destination activity or arrangement at any time. Cancellation due to Failure to Pay If full payment is not received by the due date (see Summary Booking and Cancellation table), Insight has the right to cancel your reservation and no refund will be made. Insight will not be responsible for lost reservations. Cancellation due to Force Majeure Events If Insight cancels a trip as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Insight will provide an alternative comparable trip (if available). If an alternative is not available you will be offered a future travel credit or a refund. No compensation is payable in these circumstances. Where a trip is terminated mid-trip due to a Force Majeure event, if we provide you with any alternative services or assistance (such as hotels or travel) then you agree to pay for these costs. Cancellation due to Events other than Force Majeure Events If the cancellation by Insight is not as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Insight will provide an alternative comparable trip (if available) if an alternative is not available then a refund will be made. All Oberammergau inclusive holiday prices are subject to change including, but not limited to, hotels, meals, sightseeing inclusions, itineraries, transfers and transportation. No Book Early savings nor any other discounts are applicable

to the Oberammergau portion of the trip. Deposit protection guarantee is not available on trips including Oberammergau. Insight has secured hotel accommodation either in Oberammergau or close by in the picturesque villages of the Bavarian Alps. Please note that single and triple rooms are not available for the Oberammergau stay. Solo travellers and triple share guests will be matched and accommodated in a twin room with a fellow solo Insight traveller (of the same gender) for the duration of the stay. All services in Oberammergau are provided by a local agent, and hotel details will be advised by the Travel Director during the trip. Reservations/ Ticketing: Air-inclusive bookings and some intra-trip flights require an additional non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required for your airfare at the time of booking. Insight does not hold an allocation of air seats and all flight reservations are made on request and are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline. Changes to flight itineraries and name changes and/or corrections may either not be allowed or may result in penalties charged by the airline. Air Changes or Cancellation: After deposit has been received any changes, including cancellations incur a service fee, plus any airline penalties. GENERAL CONDITIONS Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday, may not be available on all trips and departures, and are not applicable with extra nights’ accommodations, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and airport transfers. Sometimes more than one discount can apply. See the relevant trip page on our website for savings details, availability and restrictions for each trip. PAST GUEST DISCOUNT If you are a repeat Insight Vacations Traveller, or a previous guest of participating brands within TTC, you can take advantage of an exclusive 5% saving on any tour, to any country, at any time. Redeeming this discount is limited to on tour per calendar year (you must book after your initial tour is completed) and will be applied to an eligible, higher priced tour if you book two tours. SECOND TRIP DISCOUNT Book two Insight trips of seven days or more and save on the lower priced trip. Take three trips and save on two. All trips must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number to qualify. Savings may vary by trip – see individual trip page on our website for details. Does not apply to Egypt, Israel, Jordan or India trips or trips with trains, cruises or cruise extensions. ROOMMATE MATCHING/SHARED ROOMING If travelling alone, we will match you with someone of the same gender, so you don’t have to pay the single room supplement. Roommate matching will be accommodated in non-smoking twin rooms and not applicable on all Russia itineraries, all Iceland itineraries, Ancient Civilizations, Golden Ring, WW1 Battlefields, Malta tours, or tours with cruises. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT SAVINGS Not available on all trips. Trip departures have a limited number of single rooms. TRIPLE ROOM DISCOUNT Triple rooms are suitable for two adults and one child (three adults may find rooms too small as they often have one double and one foldaway bed and limited suitcase space). Triple rooms are limited on cruises and not available on all trips. A savings or supplemental charge may apply depending on the trip. See individual trip page on our website for details. Can be combined with other discounts. YOUNG TRAVELLER SAVING Must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a twin room. DEPOSIT PROTECTION Should your plans change and you cancel your booking before final payment is due, you will receive a credit of €100 per person, valid for up to five years from date of cancellation.
