Every team member undergoes comprehensive training, including OSHA compliance, fall protection,and site-specific hazard awareness. Daily stretch-and-flex meetings, pre-task risk assessments, and regular toolbox talks keep our teams informed, alert, and protected. How We Work
Our approach is built on planning, consistency, and collaboration. From preconstruction through installation, we manage every detail of a project to ensure seamless execution. We assign the same experienced foreman and crew throughout the duration of each job, ensuring continuity and familiarity with the scope. Our team is trained in the Last Planner® System, including pull planning and TouchPlan scheduling, which allows for dynamic coordination and real-time adjustments. By staying proactive, aligning with general contractors, and addressing all work dependencies up front, we keep projects moving efficiently, on schedule, and at the highest standard of quality.
