APRIL 2024
We’ve been hard at work on the new classroom building for Northwest Christian School this winter. Phase two is underway, featuring a 12-classroom building using the innovative HercuWall Panelized Wall System.
These prefabricated wall panels are made of EPS foam, reinforced with a patented steel technology, laminated with a weather-resistant barrier, and followed by site integrated concrete, making this a 3-in-1 wall system –structure, insulation, and WRB.
HercuWall is three times stronger than traditional wood framing, and still light enough to be carried by one installer.
With these prefabricated panels in place and grouted full, the project is coming together beautifully.
Sun Valley is currently undertaking a significant construction project at Pima Community College West Campus, where an addition is being built onto an existing structure.
The new addition will feature impressive 53’4” high shear walls and include an elevator core. This particular structure, known as Building H, is one of two similar projects underway at the site.
While Building H is well underway, Building J is yet to begin vertical construction.
Sun Valley Masonry is gearing up for an exciting project at the University of Oklahoma’s Norman campus, with a five-story student housing project. This ambitious endeavor marks a significant milestone in our partnership with the university, as we prepare to shape the future of student living on campus.
With the utilization of Acme modular brick valued at over a million dollars and the strategic leverage of $3 million in DeVinci Precast material, this project is set to offer 2,100 beds for incoming freshmen at the heart of the campus. Complementing these accommodations will be a range of amenities including community lounge spaces, kitchenettes, music and study rooms, an on-site coffee shop, convenience store, and multi-functional storm shelters, ensuring the safety and comfort of all students and staff.
After nearly two years of dedicated craftsmanship, Sun Valley has put the finishing touches on a stunning North Scottsdale residence.
This remarkable endeavor encompassed intricate block work as well as a staggering 44,000 units of Roman Maximus Brick, the longest brick in North America.
Thank you to everyone involved for your invaluable contributions to this extraordinary achievement!
Sun Valley is thrilled to share that we have not only met but exceeded last year’s fundraising total for the Sun Valley Charity Golf Tournament, raising an astounding $76,000! This achievement is a testament to the incredible generosity and support of our community. We are beyond grateful to each and every individual who contributed to the success of the event, whether through volunteering, donations, or participation in the tournament itself.
The funds raised will be divided between two incredibly deserving organizations, Hands of Love International and Lakou.
We are excited to host the Charity Golf Tournament again next year, continuing our tradition of making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Spearheaded by Michael Crain of Predictive Wins, the Sun Valley Leadership Conference proved to be a transformative journey, thanks to his exceptional leadership and insightful guidance.
