The Ultimate Summer Theater Camp Experience In Aventura The Broward Center for the Performing Arts and The Performance Project School of the Arts are pleased to announce the return of in-person Summer Theater Camp at the Rose Miniaci Arts Education Center at the Broward Center, the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center in MiamiDade and at the Rose and Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center at Nova Southeastern University. Enrollment is now open. Under the direction of The Performance Project School of the Arts’ Executive Director Nina Felice, campers gain hands-on experience in musical theater, acting, dance, voice and technical production and will enjoy theater games, arts & crafts and other activities. Each camp session, regardless of location, will culminate in a live performance on a professional stage in the Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center. Every camper will perform in a show and experiences the joy of performing on stage. Throughout the camp session, children and teens will gain self-confidence, develop critical thinking skills and learn the importance of teamwork in an encouraging environment.
Company Group Camp, for teens ages 13 to 18 with a moderate amount of theater training, explores voice and diction, character analysis, scene study, dialects, styles and methods with first and third session campers performing In the Heights and second session campers performing Firebringer. Auditions are required prior to enrollment. Campers must be available to participate in the full seven-hour day, four-week program and must be at least a rising ninth grader. Colectivo Creativo, which means ‘creative collective,’ caters to various artists, photographers, producers and the local content creators.
Professional Photo Studio: Colectivo Creativo provides a 600 sq. ft. fullservice photography studio with professional lighting, props, a myriad of colored backdrops to choose from and a lounge area. Photographers, models and content creators alike can make use of the photography studio.

and creators the opportunity to become a part of a collective.
