The City of Aventura offers a series of complimentary yoga classes at Founders Park for all yogis of all skill levels to enjoy. Held outdoors in the City’s beautiful Founders Park, these classes offer the perfect atmosphere to relax, breath and stretch together with the help of a certified instructor. The duration of the class is approximately one hour. Classes are scheduled every Friday at Founders Park at 9 am. Students must bring their own Yoga mats, a small towel and water for convenience. Please plan to be in class for approximately one hour. Aventura Community Green Garden The Aventura Community Green Garden at Founders Park South features 4 by 12-foot garden sections filled with sterilized topsoil for residents to grow vegetables, flowers, herbs, and other plants.

New members may join at any time during the year, providing they are 18 years of age or older. The Aventura Community Green Garden will be open daily (except Tuesdays) from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Park hours may be subject to change due to the City’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
