Section 1071: Current Status and What We’re Monitoring Many banks and credit unions have asked about the status of Section 1071 and how it may impact small business

If Section 1071 is finalized and becomes relevant for a meaningful portion of our customer base, we are prepared to support compliant workflows, including borrower-submitted data collection and appropriate separation between data collection and credit decisioning.
