“One of the big things I love about being back in Las Vegas for my shows is seeing the other shows,” Twain said. “Las Vegas is such a hub. There are all kinds of new shows in town. That’s what I plan on doing on my off days in the evening — go to other shows and catch up on what everybody else is doing now after all this time.”

The Entertainment Capital of the World won’t let live entertainment fans like Twain down this winter, as not only are there several new shows on the Strip to see, but also several beloved headliners offering fans something different to enjoy. Two legendary music artists are even scheduled to rock the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay when Carlos Santana continues his hit residency, “An Intimate Evening

Proving there’s more to the Entertainment Capital of the World than just its live productions, the Strip recently welcomed two highly-anticipated attractions that guests will find extremely entertaining. Over at “The Original Immersive van Gogh Exhibit” (vangoghvegas.com), guests will feel like they’ve stepped inside Vincent van Gogh’s timeless paintings. The breathtaking attraction inside the all-new Lighthouse Las Vegas at The Shops at Crystals features 500,000 cubic feet of animated projections that bring to life many of the Post-Impressionist artist’s illustrious works, including “The Starry Night.” Meanwhile, guests onboard the fun flight ride FlyOver (flyoverlasvegas. com) will feel like they’re soaring over 22 of the Western United States’ most stunning destinations (even though they’re really just next to the Hard Rock Cafe) as they watch the film “The Real Wild West’’ suspended before a 52.5-foot-wide spherical screen. Special effects, including wind, mist and location-specific scents, complete the multisensory journey, which includes footage of Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Canyon and — of course — the Las Vegas Strip.
