Common Administrative FAQs We receive a lot of common administrative questions that are simply answered. Below are a handful of them that I hope will help! How do I log in to my PMP Gateway portal and make a payment? You can log in to the PMP Gateway portal at PMP Gateway (pmpmanage.com) If you forgot your password: Please click the "I forgot My Login/Password" link above the email field to generate a new password. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email with the new password to reach your inbox. Through the online portal, you can make online payments to your account, set up ACH auto payments, submit work orders, view documents and minutes. Where can I get a copy of the Governing Documents (CC&Rs, Bylaw, Rules)? All of the association’s Governing Documents are available on the PMP Gateway portal or on the association’s website at www.SunRiverStGeorge.com. On both sites, they are located in the Documents folder. You can view them and print them out. Who do I call after hours when no one from PMP is at the community center to help me? You can call PMP any time of the day or night by calling the same number, 435-287-3061. During business hours this will ring to a Customer Care team member who will take your call and either assist you or direct your call to the appropriate person. If all team members are busy, you can leave a voicemail and you will get a call back in the order it was received. After-hours you can call this same number and PMP’s after-hours service will take the call and then will contact onsite management with your concern. Management will evaluate the call and respond if it is an emergency. The number for PMP at the Community Center is 435-773-4100 but be aware that the Staff here are very busy and oftentimes may not be able to answer your call as they may be on

another call, assisting another Resident at their desk, or helping with other items in the facility. I need to talk to onsite management, should I just come down to the Community Center or call and ask for management? As with all PMP team members, onsite management is very busy as well, assisting Residents, performing tasks, and meeting with others. We’d love to meet with you to address any needs that our Desk Staff or Customer Care members cannot help you with but would recommend that you call first and set up an appointment. Please call the Community Center Staff at 435-773-4100.

Annual Meeting The Annual Meeting is set for Thursday, April 7th at 10am. There is no ticket for the Annual Meeting, please come to the Ballroom or log on to the Zoom link which is located on the Website Calendar. Breakfast pastries and coffee will be available starting at 9:30am on a first-come, firstserved basis. Don’t forget that directly after the Annual Meeting you can visit with representatives of all the Committees and many of the Clubs. They will be available throughout the day. Just when you thought it could not get any better, the Board will be cooking the Community a Free Luncheon starting at 11:30am. Please register for your free ticket on the website, so we can properly plan enough food for everyone. Tickets are divided by Neighborhood to help spread out the number of people getting food at the same time. Plan to visit Committees and Clubs before or after your lunch.

Clubs & Groups Inviting Guests If your Club/Group is planning on inviting a Non-Resident group to the Community Center facilities, please confer with me no later than two weeks prior to the event. We have a way Non-Residents can purchase tickets to your event and sign a waiver on the Community Website. This website method is very convenient and expedites the guest check-in process for larger groups. We thank those Clubs/Groups that are helping with the guest check-in process. If you notice non-Residents attending your event without a wristband, please send them to see a staff member.

Poolside Café I am so excited; at the end of this week, the weather is supposed to hit 80

degrees! Don’t forget to order your food via the Toast App and come enjoy the wonderful weather by the Outdoor Pool.

Flyers on Bulletin Board Clubs/Groups, please remember to make your own flyers for special events to be posted on the Community Bulletin Board. We want to keep the bulletin board full of fun and exciting activities. It’s such a great way to get the information out to others about your activities. Also, if your Club/Group would email the flyer to SR-Communications@PMPmanage.com, then we can also put it on the marquee. Just remember the bulletin board is reserved for those special events only. These flyers must be approved by the Admin Office and posted by them.

Rok Dox Don’t forget to get your tickets for the Rok Dox Concert. We were hoping to get 300 people to attend the first outdoor Concert!! Let’s fill the golf course around the stage with SunRiver Residents.

Facility Operations Josh Cram Facility Operations Manager SunRiverStaff@PMPmanage.com

Wristbands Going along with the name badge theme from last week, we are proud to introduce Guest Wristbands!! In an effort to make things more efficient and to better enforce the name badge and guest policy, staff will be issuing colored wristbands to guests instead of the paper name badges. We have had a lot of feedback about the paper name badges and how they do not stay on or that you cannot wear them to do certain activities. With the wristbands, guests will be able to wear them to do all activities, including in the pool! They are Tyvek bands that are waterproof and rip-resistant. They are single-use and color-coded to the day they are issued. Staff will be able to easily identify if a guest has been checked in or not. We are looking forward to this new way of handling the checking-in of guests and identifying who belongs here. Staff started issuing these last week so be on the lookout for them!

Technology & Communications Terik Elamrani Technology and Communications Coordinator SR-IT@PMPmanage.com

Poolside Cafe Kiosk When buying lunch or dinner using the self-serve kiosk at the Poolside Cafe, it is important that you

get a receipt. Your receipt will have your order number (or check number) listed at the top. Ryan and the kitchen staff use this number to call your order. If you don't know what your order number is, it can cause delays or confusion. For example, many Residents order a Cheeseburger and Fries, so it's hard to find the right person if they do not know their order number. You have 3 options for getting a receipt - Print, Email, or Text. After you have paid for your food you will be faced with this selection. If you choose email just enter your email address. You will get an email with your order details, with the check number at the top. For texting, it is the same except you will enter your phone number. You will receive a text message with your order details and check number. The easiest way is to just print a receipt from the kiosk. Just select 'Print Receipt' and your receipt will be printed next to the kiosk with the order number at the top.

Maintenance Quentin Littlepage Maintenance Coordinator SR-Maintenance@PMPmanage.com

Sports Complex Court Cleaning The Tennis and Pickleball Courts have been cleaned for the spring season. Thank you to all the members of each club who came and cleaned. It drastically helps speed up the process when we have more people and this allowed everyone to play as soon as we were finished up. THANKS AGAIN!

Pool Maintenance Did you know that SunRiver has 6 separate bodies of water that are managed by the association? Between the Reflections Community Center and the Main Association Community Center, we have 3 swimming pools and 3 spas. Daily maintenance is performed to ensure they are operating properly and fall within regulations. Each time, the chemical balance of the water is tested and adjusted if needed. Operational equipment like pumps and chemical feed systems are checked for functionality, along with any repairs that need to be made. To finish, the pool is cleaned of debris, either by vacuum or netting the surface.

Landscaping

Aaron Cox Landscape Coordinator SR-Landscaping@PMPmanage.com

Landscaping BrightView is mowing on the regular weekly mowing schedule, and it seems important to address some common questions I often receive. I have backyard service, but the crew missed my backyard. If you are signed up for backyard service, please ensure that you have a red flag and it is in place under your address sign and it is visible. The crew came through, but they left debris in my rock bed. You will receive a “light blow” of your hardscape on your weekly mow day. The light blow will remove debris from the driveway, patio, and sidewalk. In most cases, the debris from these areas will be blown into the rock beds. This debris will be removed by the once-a-month “detail blow” which will remove ALL landscaping debris from the entire property. I want to request that my lawn only be mowed with a push mower. As BrightView mow crews go through the neighborhoods they will evaluate the lawns and determine if it is necessary to use a push mower for the lawn. Many Residents have voiced concerns about the riding mowers leaving ruts. It is the professional opinion of BrightView that the previous issues with ruts in the lawns were due solely to the overwatering of the turf zones. BrightView has set the irrigation of these zones to not overwater and to never water on your mow day. It is strongly believed that this will eliminate the rut issue. I do not have any grass, will my property still get blown off? All properties will receive the weekly light blow and the monthly detail blow unless you have 2 blue flags for no service. BrightView has experienced a delay in the delivery of the fertilizer and is now looking at starting the fertilization treatments late this week or next week. Irrigation has been on for a few weeks now and many leaks are starting to show up. Please familiarize yourself with the location of your backflow and review the directions on how to shut it off. The directions on how to shut it off can be found on the website under Association > Landscaping, then click the link regarding irrigation leaks that can be found towards the top of that page.

Compliance Kristin Shorty Compliance Coordinator / ARC Modifications SR-Compliance@PMPmanage.com

Carriage Lights This is your Friendly Reminder to please check your PMP dashboard to see if you have a violation for carriage lights. In the notice, it stated what light was out and noted that if it was not fixed within 30 days fines may be assessed. If you have fixed your carriage light, please be sure to notify us at SR-Compliance@PMPmanage.com. As stated in the Enforcement Resolution and Schedule of Fines: (vi) state that the Owner must contact Management to report when the violation has been correct, and: (vii) when possible, a photograph of the violation.

Color and Samples When turning in a request, another item that is required is the color and sample of the color. This is required for an array of projects such as solar screens, patio covers, driveway/walkway/patio coating, house painting, and stucco. That is only to name a few. If you are not sure, you can ask us if you need a color sample for your project. If the project consists of adding color, you can assume a color sample will be needed. Samples can be obtained from Sherwin Williams or your contractor can provide you with a sample if you are doing a type of color coating. Below are 2 color samples for reference.

Fitness Update Happy Spring! April begins next week and we’ll be starting a new total-body Strength and Conditioning class that will incorporate free weights, body bars, weighted balls, and other equipment to provide you with a dynamic and challenging workout. The class will be replacing the Core Conditioning class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am but there will be elements of core training in the class so we encourage everyone to come and give it a try! The first class will be held on Tuesday, April 5th, and will

continue throughout the spring. TRX instruction continues in Fitness Room 2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am. If you’re interested in learning a different kind of workout that can add variety to your exercise routines please come join us at that time. Once you learn how to use the TRX system you can set it up and use it here at the Community Center, at home, the park, or virtually anywhere else you can hook up the straps in a safe and roomy environment.

Smile and Have a Good Time Exercise helps us build and maintain muscles and keep our range of motion, allowing us to do the things we love and enjoy. Exercise does not have to be a chore or feel boring. It can be fun, exciting, and social. A group class is for everyone to get together to exercise and work on our fitness, but it does not end there. Going to a class allows us to be with others and helps motivate and sometimes challenge us. Not to mention holds us accountable to each other. It is very easy to decide to work out, only to end up buying a treadmill that quickly becomes a coat rack. You may even go to the store and buy a workout DVD or subscription service and have everything you need to work out at home, only to have life hit you. The phone rings, so you put your exercise on hold, then it's lunchtime, then dinnertime, then bedtime, and you never make it to your workout at home, after you spent all that money. Having a time and place that we plan on exerting ourselves for one’s physical health and wellbeing gives us the opportunity to be with friends and socialize with others with one goal in mind. Why not use the facilities you have at your disposal and try one of the classes here at the Community Center. Enjoy, smile as you work out, and have a good time. Click Here - Fitness Schedule

Committees Preparedness Committee and CERT Block Leader Training The CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), in conjunction with the Preparedness Committee will be conducting a training meeting for all those who are, or would like to become, Block Leaders for their Neighborhoods or would like to know more about CERT and Block Leaders in SunRiver. The meeting will be held on Monday, March 28th, at 6pm in the CC Ballroom. The training will last about an hour, depending on the number of questions. It will help you as an individual to be more prepared in case of an emergency, to teach the basics of home safety and what to look for if a disaster occurs. You will not have to learn about first aid or any medical issues. We will talk about how you should take care of yourself, and then your neighbor. Trained Block Leaders will be able to assist a CERT Team Leader in their neighborhood to gather information during a disaster. Pre-registration is not required; simply come and learn. Thanks to Ryan, cookies will be served! If you have any questions, you can contact Rick Bublik at 435-632-0671. Resident Services Committee On April 5th, You Can Choose Better Brain Health

Yes, Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, will be a very special evening here in SunRiver. Three medical doctors will be in our Ballroom for a panel discussion on what we can do for better brain health. This is part of a promising evening filled with food for the brain and food for the body. Doors open at 5:30pm with the dinner and program getting underway by 6pm. Seating for this event is sold out, but look for more exciting and educational opportunities in the future. The SunRiver Resident Services Committee (RSC) has worked with the IHC’s Intermountain Foundation to bring this one-of-a-kind event to our Ballroom where the latest in brain science and its tools and technology will be made easy for those of us in the non-medical community to understand. For additional information, please contact: Anita Stiens at 801-230-5854, or nitarita@gmail.com.

We will start at the Chuckwalla Trailhead and cover ten different trails in the area. If this hike is too long of a distance for some of our hikers, they can drop out and return to the trailhead. This is a great hiking area and can be an invent-a-hike experience. Hike Leader - Rich Glass Hike Scale - Moderate Hiking Distance - 8-9 miles (the distance can vary; hikers can drop out and return to the trailhead completing a shorter hike) Hiking Time - 3+ hours Elevation Gain - <1000 Feet CC Meeting time - 8am

Bring hiking shoes and poles, water, snacks, a hat, and dress in layers. Reminder: Annual Hiking Club Potluck Social and Officer Election meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 11th, at 5:30pm in the CC Ballroom. Please sign up using the Hiking Club Web Page.

Meditation On Wednesday, March 30th at 10am, the Meditation group invites everyone in the community to learn more about the SunRiver Labyrinth. We invite anyone in SunRiver to walk our beautiful labyrinth with us, or to simply learn about the labyrinth and enjoy the marvelous views. Cars are allowed beyond the SunRiver Parkway barriers. Drive to the end of the Parkway, across the cart path, and then continue left on the gravel path/road, circling around the pond to the Labyrinth, which is next to the Dog Park. There’s plenty of parking. Bring a lawn chair so there is enough seating. Built by the Meditation group in 2011, the labyrinth is always available to all for walking meditation, relaxation, and inspiration. A labyrinth is a meandering, singular path leading to a center and back out again. It is not a maze. Labyrinths are an ancient archetype, dating back 4,000 years or more, used symbolically as a walking meditation. Labyrinths are tools for personal, psychological, and spiritual transformation, and are also thought to enhance right-brain activity. Labyrinth images are found in many cultures. The term is of ancient Greek origin, and the labyrinth in the Palace of Knossos in Crete figures in Greek mythology. It is found in Hindu and Hopi images, among many others.

Texas Social Cards Our games, as of late, have been very exciting. It is great to see so many new people participating; there were over fifty people at the last game. Thirty people have made the final table this year. In the last game, our first and second place winners had a real battle going. Phyllis Clemens came in first and Edna Lunn came in second. At one point it looked like Edna was going to go out early, but she came back in great style. The men have to learn to not judge the women players as weak because that is not the case. The potluck has been good and enjoyed by all. It would be great if there were more items that can be served with a fork or spoon in lieu of bags of items. There does not seem to be a problem with desserts. I want to thank the players for arriving between 3:00-3:25pm. It really helps to get the game started at 3:30pm. We will again have a second chance/loser table starting after 5:30pm for those who get “knocked out” too soon, or anyone who wishes

to play in a low-level game. Please remember to wear your name badge and also remember that you have to be a member of the Social Club. If you are not a member you can join at the time you sign in to play. Social Club membership is $1 for the year. Any questions, please call Fred at 435-773-6100 or Lou at 513-313-0108. We look forward to seeing you at our games on April 2nd or April 16th.

Red Hatters Are you curious? A fan of murder and mayhem? Then you certainly don’t want to miss the Red Hat Birthday Luncheon on Wednesday, April 20th. The Happy Hatters Chapter is hosting the event and has “cooked up” an eggciting tale of “who-dun-it”! The fun begins at the Community Center Ballroom at 11:30am with the summer theme of “A BIRD IN THE HAND”. Many things transpire which leads us to their entertaining mystery skit. You will be intrigued and kept on your toes, trying to figure out who is guilty! Come on down, the luncheon menu is a favorite, since “chicken” is involved. “KFC” reminds you that you don’t even have to be from the south to enjoy it. Of course, sidekicks do accompany the mouth-watering grub. One can hardly resist at a bargain pecking of only $11.50. We won’t mention dessert due to calories, so OK, let’s not mention them since it wouldn’t be a “hoedown” without it. Thirst-quenching drinks will be around but you are always welcome to BYOB. So purchase your ticket early, come eat, enjoy, and help solve the murder mystery with us!!

Theatre Club Theatre Club Auditions: Monday, April 11th, at 10am in the Ballroom The House I Live In! * Gramma Mia! Be a part of one or both of these exciting performances! Come and audition to be a member of the cast of either, or both, of these plays. A short description of the characters in “The House I Live In!” is listed on the Theatre Club website page, under “Scripts & other audition material”. Who do you see yourself as? The House I Live In! Is it magic, haunted, filled with dreams, filled with family feuds, and filled with

fun??? YES to all the above, and more. Enjoy this light comedy on July 1st after the annual “4th of July Breakfast”. Gramma Mia! Many of the original cast will be resuming their roles, but we will be auditioning for the parts that are open. We will be on stage on November 3rd.

SunRiver Singers SunRiver Singers Present: The Hawaiian Dinner and Show April 6th, 2022 Ballroom Dinner starts 5:30pm Can you hear the Hawaiian music already? Only one week left until Showtime! Dinner: Kailua Pork, Tropical Temptation Salad, Rice, Hawaiian Roll, Coconut Haupia Cake, and Luau Punch. Events Lisa McLeod Assistant General Manager - Lifestyle Director SR-Admin@PMPmanage.com

Event Times There has been some confusion on events between door open times, reservation times, and event start times. To help make this more clear, we are changing ALL times on the website calendar, tickets, and flyers to event start times. We are asking Residents to please not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes prior to the event start time, as doors will not open any earlier than that. We thank you and hope this change will

make it easier to understand when planning to arrive at events.

Mouse House will be here from 4-7pm that day, so you can have dinner and a show. Tickets are now on sale, and we hope you will get yours soon. The weather is getting so nice; what a great time to be outdoors.

Toast Ordering Don’t forget you can order from the Toast Takeout App on your phone, starting 15 minutes before lunch or dinner opens. We also highly recommend using the Toast Takeout App because you do not need to bring any money or credit cards with you to the Community Center. It’s also great because you can order your food from home, and it will be done by the time you arrive at the Community Center. Watch for fun rewards coming soon for those who are using the kiosk or the Toast App to order window food.
