For any issues with appliances. Customer need to raise the service call with the supplier like – Harvey Norman ➢ Maintenance issues or concerns need to be raised within 120 days with one list provided to the Builder or Supervisor. To allow trade to come and finish in it once. ➢ Electrical power points and LED installed are as standard. If customer wishes to have different ones installed. Customer need to confirm within 30days from signing the contract. If any changes required, it will be quoted depending upon the selection. ➢ Amendments will be charged as per complexity at the client expense.
