An American community and economic expert Peter Kageyama has been in town considering options and he introduces us to a crucial component missing from the urban discussion. That component is, surprisingly, love. He’s saying as cities become

engaged in a relationship with their citizens and citizens consider their emotional connection with their city, it opens up a whole raft of community, social and economic development opportunities.
