With only five sleeps to go until his big delivery night, Santa Claus exchanged his sleigh for a fun ride on an inflatable on the harbour this week. The Weekend Sun managed to get some photos of him in action riding the waves, but he brushed aside questions simply saying he was visiting Tauranga to recharge his batteries before his marathon delivery and reminding children to be good to get their presents. “I have my spies, I know if you’ve been good or bad.” To read more about Get Wet Adventures inflatables – including the big red shark Santa was riding – see page 21.
