FRIDAY WINTER MARKETS Fridays • Dec. 6, 13, 20, & 27, 2019 • 2:00 – 7:00pm Dear Vendors, We would like to invite you to join our Winterfest festivities as vendor at our Winter Market. Winterfest at Suncadia features visits from Santa, ice skating, holiday activities, and daily guest count of 300+ people. The Winter Market will be held in the Rialto Ballroom, located at The Lodge at Suncadia. Vendor set up begins each Friday at 11:00am, and must be complete by 1:30pm for doors to open at 2:00pm. Table and chairs to be provided. The fee for this event is $25 per Friday. Your signed release form is due NO later than Nov. 1, 2019 to Sally Conway. We look forward to working with you and making this year’s Winterfest a successful event for all! To get to The Lodge you will enter Suncadia Property on Suncadia Trail at the Bullfrog roundabout. Follow the road past the entrance to The Lodge and drive to the “loading dock” area on the left side of the main entrance. Here you will be able to unload your stuff, but please park your car in the main guest parking lot or parking garage once unloaded.
