Annual Cleaning Program Maintaining the cleanliness of your home is one of the most important aspects of guest satisfaction. A thorough cleaning of you home is required to ensure that we can keep guests coming back, year after year. We will schedule and perform this service annually during the off season (October through May). Your Property Manager is available to answer any questions you may have with regards to the program. Our trained housekeeping staff uses our comprehensive checklist to make sure that nothing is overlooked. TASKS INCLUDE:  KITCHEN Remove all vents and clean. Dust and wash painted walls. Wash inside and outside all cabinets

and drawers. Pull out all appliances and clean behind and around all surfaces. Remove light fixtures and clean.  DINING ROOM Clean vents Move all furniture and vacuum Wash walls  LIVING ROOM Move all furniture and vacuum Wash walls Check gas fireplace Wash windows

 BATHROOMS Remove vents and clean Clean ceiling and light fixtures  BEDROOMS Clean light fixtures and vents Move beds and furniture and

vacuum Clean all doors on both sides Wash walls  GENERAL Steam clean entire carpeted area Wipe all trim, door frames, baseboards and picture frames Identify and have repaired any maintenance deficiencies Check all plugs and outlets Wash all windows inside and out

Any required floor cleaning, window cleaning, and dry cleaning will be performed by outside contractors. The costs of these services, plus fifteen percent (15%) administrative charge, will be added to the cost of the Interior Deep Clean set forth above. Manager shall use reasonable efforts to select competent, cost effective outside contractors to provide these services.

THE COST FOR THE ANNUAL DEEP CLEAN IS BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE HOME. 2 BEDROOM: $400 4 BEDROOM: $675 3 BEDROOM: $525 5 BEDROOM: $825 6 BEDROOM: $975
