CASCADE CLASSIC Our most requested massage integrates a variety of classic massage techniques with medium to firm pressure. Skilled therapists will customize your treatment to release muscle tension and provide you with much needed and deserved relaxation and stress relief. = signature treatment

RED MOUNTAIN Experience a vineyard of relaxation and antioxidant benefits with this Swedish style massage, inspired by wine. ULTIMATE SUMMIT A heightened spa experience from head to toe, this deep tissue massage, targeted for the golfer, athlete or outdoor enthusiast is more than just a massage with firm pressure. The focus is on large muscle groups to loosen up and release tension. The therapist uses specific techniques and tools to reach deeper layers of muscle and physically break down muscle “knots” or adhesions that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation.

TWIN PEAKS Quality time together is important and perfectly delivered in our massage room for two. Couples, loved ones and friends all need this time to reconnect and recharge. Two therapists will greet you both and provide each of you with a wine inspired Swedish style massage that begins and ends simultaneously, respectful of your quiet time together. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine after your treatment.

M O U N TA I N S P I R I T

M A S S AG E CLE ELUM RIVER ROCK A specialty massage using smooth, heated stones as an extension of the therapist’s own hands. Placing the stones on specific areas of the body, the penetrating heat and weight warms and relieves tense muscles.

MOUNTAIN MAMA

Massage therapy during and after pregnancy can help diminish anxiety and discomfort, boost relaxation and lead to improved sleep patterns. Pregnancy positioning cushions are used during second and third trimesters for maximum comfort.

CINDER CONE Cupping is an ancient therapy used to treat structural and tissue disorders. When used in conjunction with massage, it can be very beneficial to ease muscle tension and help soften scar tissue.

Using silicone or glass cups, the therapist places them on localized areas, creating a vacuum to pull up decongestion and blocked energy meridians.

SWIFTWATER SEASONAL SCRUB

Let us customize this revitalizing body scrub attuned to the four seasons and the rhythms of mother nature. Begin with a gentle exfoliation, awakening softer skin. Next, a shower rinse in our Vichy or Vital wet room, followed by a rich moisture application to replenish dry and thirsty skin.

CHARDONNAY SUGAR SCRUB

A nourishing and hydrating exfoliation treatment that is available before or after a massage. This grape-seed oil infused sugar scrub is full of anti-oxidants and made with a blend of all-natural shea butter and oils to nourish and condition the skin. Great for sensitive skin.

MINERAL RICH MUD SCRUB & WRAP

Remineralize the skin while drawing out impurities. This detoxifying treatment starts with a full body exfoliation, using Volcanic Pumice and Coffee Arabica to stimulate circulation. Mineral-rich black silt clay and herbal extracts help smooth and firm the skin. Opt for a 50 min scrub only, or a 65 min that includes a warm wrap.

CRYSTAL ROSE REVIVAL

80min

A deluxe body treatment experience that begins with an exfoliation of crystallized rose powder, followed by a warm layer of honey to hydrate and soften skin. Special attention to face, scalp and feet will allow you to drift into total bliss. After a shower rinse, this treatment is complete with an application of rose and neroli oil to leave your skin deeply nourished and your whole body revived.

MOISTURE DRENCH SKIN CONDITIONING

80min

An ultimate skin conditioning treatment for the body. It begins with dry brushing, next, a layering of warm, mineral rich serum infused with aromatic extracts to revitalize the skin. This treatment incorporates a relaxing massage using a hydrating wax to deeply seal in moisture for a smooth, silky finish. This treatment is done in a dry room.

Glade Spring Spa uses Dazzle Dry quick-dry natural nail system, a vegan lacquer, 5-free, alternative to gel polishes. It dries in five minutes without uv light, wears like gel, and removes like polish.

Please let us know if you are wearing gel polish on your nails (fingers or toes) when making reservations. We offer services for natural nails only and are not able to remove or fix acrylic nails. Services under 50 minutes do not include Day Pass access. All 50 minute manicures and 65 minute pedicures include paraffin.

All spa services 50 minutes or longer include access to the spa amenities during the day of your treatment(s). Please bring your swimwear and enjoy the outdoor salt soak pools, sauna, indoor steam room, rainhead showers and sanctuary. Spa Day Passes can be purchased separately if you would like to enjoy the spa without scheduling a treatment. Digital lockers are provided, however, please do not bring valuables to the spa as Glade Spring Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

SCHEDULING Our Spa Concierge are trained with you in mind. Service(s) will be recommended based on your goals and desired end result, to create your ideal spa experience. Reservations are held with a credit card.

C A N C E L L AT I O N Your treatment reservations and selected appointment times are held exclusively for you. If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel, we respectfully request a minimum notification of 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations, or missed appointments will be charged at 50% of the treatment price, per service, when the minimum notification times are not met. No-shows will be charged 100% of treatment price.

AGE GUIDELINES Spa services and facility access is available for guests ages 16 and up.

Youth manicure and pedicure services are available for ages 7-15, (does not include spa access).

G R AT U I T Y To make your Glade Spring Spa experience as seamless as possible, a 20% service charge will be applied to all treatments and is adjustable to your preference at time of check out.

C H E C K- I N We recommend checking in at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment start time. Arriving early allows you to change, fill out paperwork, enjoy our amenities, or simply familiarize yourself with our facility. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.

W H AT S H O U L D I W E A R ?

The spa will provide you with a robe and sandals. It is recommended that you completely disrobe for your spa service, however, undress to your comfort level and know that our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques, so you will always feel comfortable.

ALCOHOL Some of our services include the offering of wine as part of your spa experience. Wine is also available for purchase by the glass or bottle.

No more than two alcoholic beverages will be served on spa property.

There is a $20 corkage fee (per bottle) if you choose to bring in your own wine. Must be 21 or over.
