MEMBERSHIP Exclusively for Suncadia property owners, Suncadia Club is an all-access pass for owners to enjoy the Suncadia Resort lifestyle. All Suncadia Club memberships include an exclusive year round social calendar as well as discounted rates and promotions throughout the year.

TWO TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP: SUNCADIA CLUB GOLF A Golf membership includes use of the Suncadia Swim & Fitness Center, priority access to 36 holes on Suncadia’s Prospector and Rope Rider Golf Courses, and member-only tournaments and social programming throughout the year.

SUNCADIA CLUB SPORT A Sport membership includes year round access to the Swim & Fitness Center, and member-only social programs.

Suncadia Club ensures greater convenience, personalized service, and access to a range of member-only activities, amenities and facilities including: • Priority access to golf tee times and no greens fees on two premier courses, Prospector and Rope Rider.

NELSON FARM POOL Staying true to its historical roots, the once working Nelson Dairy Farm still has its original farmhouse, barn, cabin and stables that were erected in the late 1890s. The Nelson Farm Pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day Weekend though Labor Day, and available for use by resort guests* and Suncadia Club members only.

GOLF MEMBERSHIP 36 HOLES of CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF

This Jacobsen Hardy Golf Course Design is challenging golf for all and fun for the whole family. Built along the site of the historic Roslyn Coal Mines No. 9, No. 10 and Tipple Hill, Rope Rider is named in honor of the miners who precariously balanced themselves on the roped coal cars that maneuvered the steep mine shafts. Rope Rider challenges even the most experienced golfers with more than 7,300 yards from the tips, and is perfect for family golf vacations, with youth tees on every hole and shorter three and six-hole loops for quick sessions with the kids.

Prospector is a magnificent 18-hole created by the Palmer Course Design Company. This course features dazzling views, rolling fairways and fast, medium sized greens. While extremely playable for all skill levels, Prospector’s well-bunkered fairways and numerous water features present plenty of risk/reward challenges for the more accomplished golfer as well.
