Fall 2026

At the Heart of it All: Suncadia Social Officially Opens When the ribbon was cut and Suncadia Social officially opened earlier this summer, Tucker Stevens, Chief Development Officer at Suncadia Resort, felt proud to see the vision come to life. “After working for the past four years to bring Suncadia Social to a reality, it was an amazing feeling to finally get to share the energy and excitement with the community. It was such a joy to celebrate this milestone,” Stevens said. Suncadia Social celebrated its long‑awaited opening June 19–21 with a fun‑filled Grand Opening weekend that coincided with the Summer Solstice. The festivities placed a well‑deserved spotlight on the new retailers who are bringing fresh offerings and experiences to the community. Highlights included the official ribbon‑cutting, live music from local musicians, wellness activities, crafts, a breathtaking drone show, family‑friendly programming, and guided tours throughout the property. Suncadia Social, twenty-five years in the making, represents an $20 million investment in the community where retail, residences and community gathering spaces converge in a connected community hub. Spread out over 11 acres, Suncadia Social features a curated retail village, tranquil greenbelt walkways woven through a village of 42 residences (25 bungalows and 17 rowhomes) dubbed the Residences at

Suncadia. Designed with an emphasis on New Urbanism, an urban design approach that focuses on walkable neighborhoods, mixed-use development, and a strong sense of community, Suncadia Social harkens back to an era of neighborly connections and shared leisure time.

During Grand Opening weekend, Stevens was buoyed by the sight of the community interacting with and enjoying the natural flow of the space, noting it is the “right size,” which he attributes to the careful planning done to ensure the design and rhythm of Suncadia Social felt organic.

Stevens notes that from the outset, Suncadia Social was conceived to serve as the center of Suncadia.

Anchoring Suncadia Social is a vibrant retail village comprised of a unique mix of shops and gathering spots inspired by the majestic beauty of the Pacific Northwest, including Roslyn Grocery, G.H. Pasta & Pizza, Eldr, Cutters Point Coffee, Out West Trading Co. and Forage Home. Suncadia tapped into the expertise of specialized consultants well-versed in retail planning including Seattle-based firm Downtown Works, who conducted a complete economic analysis to determine what Suncadia could support and what made sense for the space. Suncadia also worked with

“Our vision was to create a centrally located, vibrant retail amenity that provided owners, weekend visitors, hospitality guests and local residents, with a dynamic and welcoming public space where everyone gathers, ” Stevens said. “Whether it be where you meet a friend for a coffee, a card game, or kids playing on the lawn, we want this to be the central core of the community, the true heartbeat of Suncadia.”

award-winning Heliotrope Architects, and renowned landscape architecture firm, Site Workshop, both of whom melded the data with of the initial vision to shape what would eventually become Suncadia Social. “It was an honor to work alongside such exceptional project partners whose expertise helped bring this vision to life and shape Suncadia Social into a vibrant community hub.” As Suncadia Social takes its place as the home and heart of Suncadia, Stevens believes its legacy will ultimately be one of timelessness, saying, “We want Suncadia Social to feel as though it’s always been here, as though it has always been a place where warm, long-lasting memories are created now and for years to come.”

Roslyn Grocery Unveils A New Chapter at Suncadia Social

Since Roslyn Grocery at Suncadia Social opened this summer, business has been booming beyond everyone’s expectations. For owner Amanda Heins, the excitement around the store has been remarkable. “The foot traffic has been incredible,” said owner Amanda Heins. “It’s been wonderful to hear customers walk in and say how thrilled they are with the variety of the brands we offer, the service we provide and how it’s even better than they dreamed it would be. It’s been heartwarming and overwhelming all at once at how the community has embraced us.” Roslyn Grocery at Suncadia Social is Hein’s second grocery store, with The Roslyn Grocery in Roslyn having served Suncadia residents for many years. When Suncadia extended the offer to be part of Suncadia Social, Heins welcomed the opportunity to grow the Roslyn Grocery name in a thoughtful and innovative way while expanding upon the personal touch service that has been the store’s hallmark. Customers have responded enthusiastically to Roslyn Grocery at Suncadia Social, with Heins noting the breathtaking murals by local artists Justin Gibbons and Will Bow have been a major conversation piece (the two chickadees in the murals represent Hein’s two daughters, the dragonfly her late husband, Matt). Items such as the in-house made sourdough

Cutters Point Coffee Serves up Good Vibes at Suncadia Social Since the grand opening weekend at Suncadia Social, there’s been one refrain Justin Himenes, owner of Cutter’s Point Coffee Company, has heard repeatedly from his customers: this was so needed. “Customers have constantly told me how happy they are that we’re here and how wonderful it has been to have their very own coffee shop,” Himenes, who also owns a home in Suncadia, said. “I think people are just really excited to have a place that belongs to them and where they can come together for a little fellowship along with a great cup of coffee.” All summer, waves of customers flocked to the store, eager to sip and savor the Cutters Point Coffee Company brand of small-batch specialty brews along with pastries from Roslyn Grocery and family favorite ice cream flavors including Tristan’s Cookies & Cream, Paisley’s Cotton Candy and Makenzie’s Chocolate Brownie Thunder. Himenes, who founded the company 30 years ago in Gig Harbor, Washington on the philosophy that a good cup of coffee can brighten your whole day, shares that as they make the transition to fall, it’s been gratifying to see his core customers make Cutter’s Point Coffee part of their daily routine.

“It’s been so rewarding to see Suncadia homeowners come in and for us to hear their personal stories of where they’re from and how they’ve experienced Cutter’s Point in the past. It’s something we value and cherish a lot,” he said. While the change of season might mean a bit of a slower pace at Cutter’s Point Coffee Company, for Himenes, the warm community atmosphere at his coffee shop lasts all year long. “We really see ourselves as your second home, where, when you stop in for your favorite cup of coffee, the barista knows your order and the entire vibe is welcoming, comfortable and cozy. We want customers to do more than just pop in for a cup of coffee and leave. Come on in, have a conversation, and stay a while,” he said. “Hopefully, you’ll walk out of Cutters feeling as though we were the cherry on top of your day.”

bread, hand-crafted sandwiches, pastries and high-end lunchables are among the store’s most popular, and Heins said a common occurrence is for customers to stop in, grab a bottle of wine and a sandwich and head out to The Green to listen to music or just hang out. With the arrival of fall, Roslyn Grocery at Suncadia Social will unveil its mini teaching kitchen, an inspirational culinary space where small-group cooking demos, classes on charcuterie design, cookie decorating and pizza making for kids will all be part of the store’s regular vibe. “I want to be this little grocery store where you can get everything you need, a store you can depend on, but also be someplace where you want to shop because you want to support it,” Heins said. “I think the homeowners really want us to be successful, and they want to support us and encourage us to be happy here and to grow. Above all, to be able to provide a grocery store for the people who live and work at Suncadia has been lovely.”

Forage Home Gathers Something for Everyone at Suncadia Social Forage Home is easy to spot at Suncadia Social due to its standout white color and the charm of its exterior, which resembles an old-fashioned schoolhouse. According to owner Traci Williams, since the grand opening weekend at Suncadia Social, customers have been finding Forage Home again and again.

“The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and it’s like we’ve turned on a spigot. We’ve been so busy,” Williams said. “We will often see a customer two, sometimes three times a day, whether they’re on the way home from the spa or on their way to a hike, they pop into the store throughout the day to see

what we have and always come back to buy something that caught their eye. It really has been a terrific few months at Suncadia Social.” Forage Home, a boutique home and gift shop inspired by the outdoors with a keen focus on curating an elevated retail experience that includes local handmade soaps, candles, olive oils, cookware, hostess gifts, men’s cologne, home fragrance—even toothpaste imported from Italy. Williams keeps the atmosphere at Forage Home lively and welcoming with the scent of candles, upbeat music playing in the background, and encouraging a cheery vibe amongst staff – which includes her dog, Hazelnut, who serves as the store’s unofficial mascot. The positive customer experience has translated to a successful start for the store, with Williams noting that “every category is selling,” especially, to her surprise, men’s

Out West Trading Co. Explores New Adventures at Suncadia Social “We’re so appreciative of their support and encouragement and absolutely thrilled to be here.”

As a popular lifestyle brand for explorers, locals, and visitors alike, Out West Trading Co., which has six other locations, curates gear, apparel, and experiences that celebrate the adventurous spirit of the West—making it the perfect fit for Suncadia Social. According to Out West Trading Co. owner, Jaime Munson, while he wasn’t sure what to expect from the new Suncadia retail village, in the months since grand opening weekend, he’s been blown away by the response.

skincare and grooming products, which are among her top sellers. Williams says she’s excited to continue serving the Suncadia community and coming up with fun and creative ways to ensure visitors to Forage Home have what they need. “I think the best retail solves problems and at Forage Home, we really thrive on solving problems in a delightful way,” she said. “In a very short amount of time, Suncadia Social has become a village where everyone comes together to fill a need and we’re overjoyed to be a part of it.”

that service to our customers, but it’s also really been a boon to our business.”

and credits the energy and loyalty of the community for the amazing reception.

Munson said this was the first location he’d built from the ground up, resulting in a custom-designed space that allowed Out West Trading Co. to showcase its merchandise in innovative ways, as well as attract premier brands like Patagonia and Kühl. He notes that “business has been consistent during the week, and weekends are absolutely bumping” at the store

“People who take the time to come in and shop locally and invest in the community are those who make and sustain our store,” he noted. “The local community is the key to the long-term success for the retailers of Suncadia Social. We’re so appreciative of their support and encouragement and absolutely thrilled to be here.”

“Since we opened, business has exceeded my expectations,” said Munson. “It’s been gratifying to hear customers say they can shop for their entire family in our store, whether it’s someone older searching for quality and comfort or the teenager who wants a cute outfit, we’ve worked really hard to cover the spectrum for everyone.” A popular attraction at Out West Trading Co. has been the addition of a sister company, www.oldwoodsigns.com, which creates customizable vintage signs in a little art nook tucked into the back of the store. Munson notes that the signs are a cost-effective and creative way to decorate your home. “We had one customer tell us they’d been trying to decorate their walls for seven years and hadn’t found anything as perfect and unique as our signs,” Munson said. “Not only has it been a lot of fun to offer

New General Manager and Vice President Finds His Place at Suncadia general manager and vice president at Suncadia after a long and illustrious career in luxury hospitality and residential resort leadership. He has held high-level management positions with some of the most elite resort and hotel organizations in the world, including Hyatt Corporation, Vail Resorts Hospitality, RockResorts, and East West Resorts. As general manager, Perkins oversees all aspects of resort operations, from service standards to team development. This also includes reinforcing Suncadia’s place as a premier Pacific Northwest destination rooted in natural beauty, recreation and community. When Houston Perkins first visited Suncadia, the connection he felt to the community was both surprising and immediate. “The first time [my wife and I] came here, we were just blown away by the beauty and extraordinary sense of place that Suncadia inhabits,” he said. “It was so serene and beautiful, the people were so warm and gracious that we instantly felt at home. Sometimes, you take a long journey before you end up finding your place and Suncadia is my place.” In April of 2026, Perkins, a seasoned luxury hospitality executive with more than 27 years of progressive leadership experience, officially took the reins as

For Perkins, the role is both a pleasure and a privilege. “My leadership style has always been rooted in servant leadership and working collaboratively to get things done. Suncadia is comprised of numerous stakeholders, encompassing our homeowner community, our guests and employees, so my focus is on bringing everyone together, because collaboration truly is the best possible approach toward making exciting and meaningful things happen. Above all, I always want to ensure that I am leading with care.”

Suncadia is to coalesce around the idea of One Suncadia, which assures everyone speaks with one voice and moves in one clear direction. As part of that mission, he has established a weekly resort-wide standup meeting via Teams to open the lines of communication and encourage a highly engaged workforce.

management team, a warm and welcoming community set against the backdrop of the stunning beauty of the Pacific Northwest, so all of the elements are there,” he said. “We have a table that has been set perfectly and now, it’s my job to ensure we curate the best dinner possible.”

Perkins is also focused on thoughtfully curating a service road map that provides an elevated and authentic experience with the intention of realizing one of his biggest goals: capturing the coveted Forbes Travel Guide Stars and AAA Diamond Ratings, two of the most prestigious hospitality rating systems in North America, recognition that would heighten Suncadia’s already exceptional presence in the luxury resort community. “We’ve built this beautiful village in Suncadia Social, we have an incredible

In the meantime, Perkins and his wife, Samantha, who is a residence manager with the Suncadia Home Collective, continue to explore the community and look forward to welcoming their three adult daughters home for the first of many holiday seasons at Suncadia. For Perkins, who began his career in finance in Seattle, being at Suncadia is a true full circle moment. “Hospitality is my true love, and I’m just so thrilled to be here.”

In the spirit of fostering collaboration among Suncadia’s stakeholders, the cornerstone of Perkins’s vision for

Tumble Creek Club Enters New Era Tumble Creek Club has always represented an extraordinary slice of life at Suncadia: an idyllic enclave that seamlessly balances a serene, private neighborhood with a lively and sociable community against the backdrop of the Pacific Northwest’s breathtaking natural beauty. On June 1, Tumble Creek Club entered an exciting new era when it was acquired by Texas-based Escalante Golf, a boutique owner and operator of luxury golf properties across the United States. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, the company operates a diverse national portfolio of premier private clubs, prestigious golf communities and high-end resorts. Escalante takes over ownership of all Tumble Creek Club real estate assets including the renowned Tom Doak-designed 18-hole golf course, the adjacent Great House, the Hill House swim, tennis, and fitness facility, the cozy Sasse Mountain Outpost

and approximately 330 sites for future residential development. According to Mark Thorne, Managing Director, when Suncadia and longtime previous owner Lowe Enterprises began to explore the sale of Tumble Creek Club late last year, they were incredibly selective in what firms it engaged with. He noted they formed a shortlist of approximately a half dozen companies during the search process and that Escalante very quickly rose to the top. “We wanted companies that had experience, focus and expertise in upscale golf communities similar to Tumble Creek Club,” Thorne said. “Escalante emerged as a front-runner with its highly ethical, family-oriented approach. It has a legacy rooted in loyalty, longevity and substance and a real sense of stewardship that aligned with both the values of Lowe Enterprises

and the Suncadia story.” Thorne says the objectives behind the acquisition of Tumble Creek Club were twofold; one was the desire to reposition the community in order to attract a broader, more upscale private gated community buyer by finding an ownership group willing to invest the necessary resources and capital into upgrades. The second objective was to allow current ownership to streamline its focus on Suncadia and expanding amenities such as Suncadia Social. Tumble Creek Club is Escalante’s first Washington state property and only its second West Coast course, joining an esteemed portfolio of 27 clubs and resorts across 18 states. Escalante will retain the Tumble Creek Club name and most of its staff. Thorne says Escalante continues to assess opportunities to elevate the

experience of Tumble Creek Club members, including improvements to the golf course, potential renovations of existing facilities and enhancing or adding new wellness amenities. “Escalante has a reputation built on long-term commitment to its portfolio of communities,” Thorne noted. “They are not a short-term investor or developer, they’re not a retailer, they’re not an office builder. They are experts in the ownership and management of premier golf communities across the country with the intention of owning them for years, if not decades. Escalante takes enormous pride in its communities, so we know that Tumble Creek Club is in excellent hands.”

Suncadia Home Collective Offers Elevated Guest Experience and Effortless Owner Hosting

Unique neighborhoods grounded in the beauty of nature, where the next spontaneous adventure is always just around the corner, have long been hallmarks of Suncadia. These attributes also shape the story of the new Suncadia Home Collective, a thoughtfully curated, highly elevated experience that brings together the freedom of a private home getaway with the amenities, care, and consistency of a premier resort community. For guests, it delivers an exceptional blend of independence and support. For homeowners, it provides a trusted, professional framework that protects and enhances the value of their investment.

both the financial goals and the personal investment of every owner in the program. As we continue to evolve our operations and systems, we are committed to ongoing improvement, ensuring every owner feels informed, supported, and confident in the future of their home. Kirsten Brunker, General Manager of the Suncadia Home Collective, emphasizes the importance of extending the same care and attention that defines Suncadia to the homes within the Collective. She and her team are focused on creating a seamless, reassuring experience that reflects longterm value and quality for every owner. “We see our relationship with our owners as one grounded in stewardship and trust,” she shared. “Our role is to act as the eyes and ears for the property, ensuring we’re providing a level of care that reflects the investment our owners have made with Suncadia. We want to offer thoughtful guidance on what could help drive individual home performance and impart the confidence and knowledge that their property is in capable, caring hands.”

Manager, with each managing a small portfolio of properties, allowing them to build meaningful relationships with their owners. Further adding to the ease of the experience for owners, the Suncadia Home Collective benefits from a fulltime, inhouse marketing team with broad reach across digital, social, and traditional channels to promote the resort yearround. This same team also leads the marketing of individual homes, coordinating photography and video, shaping listing messaging, and working closely with Suncadia’s revenue team to manage placement and promotions on platforms such as VRBO, Booking.com, and Airbnb. Brunker believes the institutional knowledge Residence Managers have of individual properties, combined with the team’s operational expertise, is what makes the Suncadia Home Collective such an exceptional experience.

the Collective are essential to ensuring every guest feels connected to the resort experience while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of a home. “I think the word ‘collective’ really hits the nail on the head, because at its heart, it is a collective effort. It’s the homeowner, it’s our services, it’s Suncadia, and it’s our neighbors in the community all coming together to form a strong partnership that creates an extraordinary experience for guests and owners alike, something no other property management company can replicate. That’s the promise of the Suncadia Home Collective,” she said. Brunker encourages Suncadia owners to reach out anytime about the program. “We’re always open to conversations with owners interested in exploring opportunities with the Suncadia Home Collective,” she said. “We love to hear from our owners and welcome input from the community as we continue to develop the Home Collective.”

Kirsten leads Suncadia Home Collective as General Manager, guiding the program that brings a curated collection of homes into the broader Suncadia experience. She has spent more than a decade here, starting at the front desk in 2014 and working her way up through the rooms division before serving as Assistant General Manager for the resort. That path shaped how she leads today: from the ground up, with a clear understanding of what it takes to get every detail right.

As Senior Residence Manager, Katie pairs deep vacation rental knowledge with a gift for clear, genuine communication, giving owners a level of care that is hard to find anywhere else. They know her by name, and they know their homes are in steady hands.

Stephanie has been part of Suncadia resort since 2005, which makes her one of the longest-tenured members of the team and a genuine keeper of institutional knowledge. She joined the Home collective in 2021 as Quality Assurance Lead, moved quickly into an Assistant Property Manager role, and today serves as Residence Manager, overseeing a portfolio of homes in the Suncadia Home Collective. Her work spans day-to-day operations, welcoming new homes into the collection, and working directly with owners to ensure their homes are cared for.

Samantha joined the Suncadia Home Collective team as Residence Manager, bringing a background shaped by four continents and a career built on care. Born in Christchurch, New Zealand, to native Kiwi parents, she grew up between Tasmania, Washington DC, Greece, Costa Rica, and two stints in West Africa, in Gabon and Sierra Leone.

The mission of the Suncadia Home Collective is to provide thoughtful, transparent stewardship that honors

Her approach to this work is built on trust. Owners should feel that their homes are in capable hands, that the team will be there when it matters, and that the people caring for their property are people they actually know. That belief runs through everything from how the team is structured to how a single guest question gets answered. Kirsten lives in Cle Elum with her husband, three dogs, and her horse. She spends her free time outdoors, on horseback, and traveling whenever the opportunity comes along.

Her career at Suncadia resort began in 2014 as a banquet server. Over the years, her work ethic and instinct for hospitality carried her through roles as banquet captain and conference services manager before she found her home in Suncadia Home Collective. More than a decade in, she leads with the same standard she started with: do it well, and do it with care. Katie lives in Cle Elum with her son, Wiley, and their dog, Odie. When she is not looking after homes, you will find her cooking, planning a gathering, pouring a glass of wine, or spending unhurried time with friends and family.

She grew up in Cle Elum and has been part of Suncadia resort for years, which means she knows this place the way only someone from here can. That local knowledge shows up in the details, and owners and guests feel the difference. Outside of work, Stephanie spends her time with family and friends, volunteering at her church, and camping in the Cascades whenever she gets the chance.

Her first career was in education. After earning her diploma from the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies, she spent years teaching preschool and toddlers and later trained new interns coming up through the program. That foundation carried naturally into hospitality, where she spent the last nine years in property management at two properties in Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch in the Vail Valley. Samantha is known for lighting up a room, forming genuine connections, and delivering the kind of service people remember. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and staying active.

Suncadia Club “As Membership Director, one of my favorite parts of the job is seeing how our members make the most of the Suncadia Club. No two households use the Club in exactly the same way, and that’s the beauty of it. Membership becomes a personal extension of how you choose to enjoy life here,” said Shannon Anderson-Blume, Suncadia Club Membership Director. For our property owners, the Club offers two membership paths, each shaped by how you prefer to spend your time here. Our Golf Members often start their days early, stopping by the Swim and Fitness Center before heading out to the courses. Rope Rider, with its roots in the historic Roslyn Coal Mines, has a personality all its own, and more than one member has told me they feel connected to the land’s history every time they play it. Prospector, with its Palmer Course Design pedigree, offers a classic 18hole experience that challenges seasoned golfers and welcomes newcomers alike. Priority access means these courses become part of your Suncadia rhythm, whether that’s a weekly tradition or a spontaneous afternoon round.

Our Sport Members bring a different kind of energy to the Club. Many enjoy the Swim & Fitness Center year-round, but once summer arrives, Nelson Farm Pool becomes a favorite gathering place. I’ve watched kids in the whirlpool and neighbors float in the lazy river. Simply walking by brings a smile. It’s a space where friendships form naturally, simply because people are enjoying the same sunshinefilled afternoon. Across both memberships, small perks quietly enhance daily life, such as member discounts at The Source Plate and Pours, preferred pricing at Glade Spring Spa & Wellness, and savings on recreation rentals like ebikes, snowshoes, and cross-country skis. Many members also take advantage of special room rates at The Lodge at Suncadia when hosting friends or family. And because every household is different, we offer memberships for individuals, couples, and families, tailoring each one so it fits your lifestyle rather than forcing you into a onesizefitsall model. But if there is one thing that truly defines the Suncadia Club experience,

it is our mix and mingles. These monthly gatherings have become the heartbeat of our social calendar. We have had Roaring 20’s speakeasy, 80’s themed party remembering songs of the past, dancing the night away showing off their best disco moves at a 70’s party. Our Kentucky Derby celebration at the Lifestyle Gallery brought out hats and fascinators worthy of Churchill Downs, and our Western themed barbecue, complete with a mechanical bull, had families laughing together long after the sun went down. We also love taking members beyond Suncadia’s borders. Partnering with local businesses allows us to explore the creativity and flavor of our surrounding community. We’ve toured Quartz Mountain’s design showroom for home inspiration, tasted wines from four vineyards at the Wine Collective, and discovered new favorite spots together. And that is really the heart of it. Every time I see couples or families who met at a Club event later sharing dinner in town or enjoying a glass of wine together, it reminds me why we do this. Our mission is simple: to build a sense of community and help neighbors become friends. Watching those connections grow is one

of the most rewarding parts of my work. Looking ahead, we are excited for upcoming gatherings, from celebrating Oktoberfest at Roslyn Brewery to our beloved Christmas dinner in December. Members often tell me they look forward to having something each month that brings everyone together, and I see how much they value the chance to meet new people and deepen the relationships they have already formed. The Suncadia Club is not just a collection of amenities; it is a place where friendships take root, where memories are made, and where community becomes part of your story. And I am grateful every day to help shape that experience.

Suncadia Real Estate Market Update

O CTOBER 2 ND-4T H & 9TH-11TH

THANKSGIVING NEW Y EAR S DAY

EASTER AT SUNCADIA SAT U RDAY, MAR CH 27TH

Summer at Suncadia started in grand style as we celebrated the official opening of Suncadia Social during the solstice. From the start, our vision was to create a walkable community based on connection, a place where neighbors met for coffee and conversation on the porch, where the grocery store is a short stroll away and lifelong friendships were forged in mutual hobbies and interests. Suncadia Social represents an $18 million investment, with the powerful combination of retail and residences exponentially increasing the value of the community for years to come. With evolution comes adjustment and among the adjustments we made at the beginning of the year was to restructure brokerage operations. This necessitated transitioning Suncadia Real Estate Company (SREC) away from being a public-facing brokerage as we began to proactively cultivate relationships with hundreds of external brokers. Rather than competing with them, we’re now partnering with them. As part of that effort, we’ve developed a robust educational program that includes Broker Days, which invites brokers to come and explore the community on their own, ultimately equipping them to successfully tell the story of Suncadia. As a result of this strategy, we’ve seen a steady increase in direct sales and which has diversified our opportunities with brokers we’ve haven’t previously had the privilege of working with, including global powerhouse Sotheby’s International. Taking the step of shifting our brokerage operations and in essence, expanding our sales force, allowed us to achieve that major milestone and we’re excited to welcome even more of these dynamic opportunities as time goes on.

Current Market Overview According to Mark Thorne, Suncadia managing director, as we move into Q4, we remain in a buyer’s market, which he says points to holding steady for the time being. He notes that given the current resale market inventory, a number of those buyers had a great deal of equity in their homes, leading to fairly aggressive pricing, and ultimately, better opportunity in the future.

AT THE NELSON FARM SATUR DAY, MAY 8 TH

SAT U RDAY, MAY 29TH

“I think there are pricing and opportunities right now that buyers won’t see a few years from now,” he said. “We’ve laid some foundations for building value in Suncadia that will point to higher prices in the future as some of these current obstacles dissipate. I strongly believe people will look back at 2026, 2025, maybe early 2027, and say that was the time to buy.”

JULY 3R D - 5 TH

Thorne went on to say, “For now, I would tell buyers this is the time to get the best pricing deals and my advice to sellers that if you have the luxury of waiting to sell, wait.” Dawn Wandasan, vice president of Developer Land Sales notes that current land trends at Suncadia offer significant long-term opportunities, particularly for savvy buyers.

FRIDAYS JU LY 9T H - SEP TEMBER 3R D

“The market is becoming more discerning, and buyers right now not only want value, they’re looking for exceptional experiences,” she said. “Lifestyle-driven communities like Suncadia are appealing to them due to the abundant natural beauty, the unparalleled amenities, and the proximity to Seattle, all while living in a 6,400-acre nature preserve. There’s truly nothing like it. Suncadia represents an amazing investment where they can really have it all.”
