Welcome to the 34th edition of our Sunbelt Realty magazine! The future on Bonaire looks good. Exactly two years ago, we wrote in our 26th Sunbelt Realty Magazine the following: "The future looks rather bright and positive. Economic data continues to show good numbers for real estate markets. Take some time to seriously consider buying one of the fine properties listed for sale. We think it is one of the best moments to buy in years" We don't have a crystal ball that tells us the future however when you look at the current real estate market, we see that a lot of real estate properties have been moving or are moving; in all kinds of price ranges and from luxury seafront villas to a modest building lot. We also see that there are several larger projects being developed: high-end and seafront condos atTerramar Bonaire (see page 34), the former Azul project is restarted as Marriot townhouses, Water Villas Bonaire are being built and some other new projects are in progress or recently announced.
