Tax investment incentive for real estate Under the name real estate tax (in Dutch : 'Vastgoedbelasting') a national tax is levied on (deemed) income of real estate located in the Caribbean Netherlands. Real estate tax is levied annually on the value of the real estate. No real estate is levied on real estate which can be qualified as an owner-occupied dwelling, or if the real estate is attributed to a business, e.g. a sole proprietorship or partnership. The tax authorities determine the value for real estate tax purposes once every five years. Interim in this period the tax authorities may revise the value, for example in case the real estate is reconstructed. If tax would be levied immediately on the value increase, investing would become less attractive. Therefore, an investment incentive has been introduced as of 2013. Changes in value of the real estate caused by (re)construction, improvement, expansion or renovation are not taken into account and are temporarily exempt from real estate tax due to the incentive. The duration of this exemption is ten years. It is important to note that the special request procedure for obtaining the exemption must be followed within one year after the calendar year in which the investment was made It is critical that a correct request be submitted timely

The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom, also equipped with sinks, shower and toilet. Enjoy the shade underneath the very spacious covered porch or enjoy the sun on the pool deck. To cool off, take a dip in your private pool . You ' ll be amazed at how big it is!

The presence of a rinse tank and storage for diving equipment makes the villa ideal for divers. Also windsurfers and kite boarders will love this location; it is only 10 minutes to the beaches on Sorobon beach ( windsurfing ) and Atlantis beach ( kiteboard ). Of course Villa Nautilus is equipped with WiFi, cable and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Playa Lechi Residence Playa Lechi Residence is an oceanfront, 14-unit residence, located in the heart of the city of Kralendijk. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony overviewing the clear blue ocean, two air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. All units are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and feature free WIFI, cable and all comfort that you are looking for.
