Marcella’s Racquet Club promises a premier experience with state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor courts for pickleball, tennis, and padel. The courts are all organized around the member gallery, several gathering terraces, and an outdoor lakefront patio. Skyline, the rst mountain course designed by Tiger Woods and his acclaimed golf course design rm, TGR Design, leverages Marcella’s stunning 360-degree views of the Wasatch Back. The course is strategically crafted to allow accessibility to all player levels, ensuring an unforgettable gol ng experience for everyone. The rst piece of sod will be rolled out in early June, with Skyline scheduled to open for play in fall of 2025.

At Marcella, golf is not simply a game—it’s a craft. The Golf Center includes a Pro Shop, driving range with breathtaking views of the Heber Valley and a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor practice facility. The Marcella Pro Shop will o er an exclusive collection of premier equipment, custom tted clubs and limited release apparel. Members can expect personalized ttings and one-on-one consultations to ensure an exceptional experience tailored to their game. The practice facility will feature a 400-yard driving range with multiple precision target areas. Members will be also be able to practice year-round utilizing our two private golf simulators that o er indoor/outdoor tracking capabilities.
We are proud to announce an exciting new partnership with acclaimed golf course architects King Collins Dormer to design Ambush—our second, members-only 18-hole championship course. Set along a stunning, mile-long protected ridgeline, Ambush is poised to deliver some of the most awe-inspiring golf vistas in all of Utah. Every hole will be sculpted to capture the natural beauty and drama of the landscape, creating a playing experience as unforgettable as the setting itself. King Collins Dormer is celebrated for iconic projects such as Sweetens Cove, Landmand, Palmetto Blu , Red Feather, and Inness, among others—each known for their bold vision, masterful design, and commitment to the spirit of the game. Mass grading has already commenced on the course and will continue as Skyline is completed.

The iconic Park City intersection of historic Main Street and Heber Avenue will be a special place for Marcella members to call their own. The rooftop Marcella Sky Deck will provide members with a centrally located home base in Old Town, and on the Plaza Level, members will enjoy the Marcella Ski Lounge o ering a ski valet, equipment storage, and easy access to the Town Lift across the street. Demolition of the rst- oor space is completed, and renovations to the lobby, Sky Deck, and corridors will begin this summer.
Marcella Lodge will be the ultimate slopeside retreat for Marcella members seeking year-round mountain adventure. With ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley East Village, Marcella Lodge will be the premier Deer Valley hub for endless recreation and sophisticated leisure. The Lodge is currently under construction.
The Landing, Marcella’s second member-only lodge located in Deer Valley East Village, will o er a seamless mountain experience with full-service ski valet and equipment storage in the winter, and an expansive patio with mountain biking amenities for summer adventures.
