The staff and management of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty are a unique team of talented, diverse individuals who have combined their efforts in the goal of delivering the most effective real estate services to our clients. With a 4-to-1 sales associate to employee ratio, our clients have the daily support of in-house marketing, transaction coordination, legal, operations, relocation, property management, photography and videography departments.

If you were selling your property, would it matter to you how many buyers could see it online? Simply put, do you think the more people that could see your property online would affect the number of offers or price your property sold for? We think so. While our competitors rely on the local MLS to distribute their listings and do their best to imitate our signature property marketing plan, the truth is that we understand today’s modern buyer and Utah’s complex real estate market. The outcome is property marketing on over 10,000 websites, casting a wide net to buyers not just in California, but throughout the US and the world. Going beyond the status quo and giving our sellers the most comprehensive marketing experience isn’t just an option for us, it is a requirement.

CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH LAURA. SHE WAS (AND STILL IS) SUPER RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS NIGHT AND DAY.
FANTASTIC COMMUNICATOR, GAVE US GREAT ADVICE DURING THE BUYING PROCESS, WORKED HARD TO MAKE SURE WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND NOT JUST “A PLACE.” SHE STILL CARES FOR OUR HOME AS MUCH AS WE DO - WHICH IS AWESOME. NOT ONLY IS SHE OUR UTAH AGENT FOR LIFE, SHE’S BECOME A FRIEND TO OUR FAMILY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2023 in Park city, UT. We have used Laura Willis and her team for two residential transactions, and presently engaged them to sell vacant land. We have found them and their team to be professional, efficient, responsive, and thoughtful in guiding us through our real estate transactions. They know the market in the Wasatch front and back for both purchases and selling property. We highly recommend this team for your real estate needs.

Our family just bought a home with Laura, and we were so impressed with her. After helping us through several showings, she found the home for us, and helped us work through negotiations. She worked very hard for us through the whole process, doing whatever was needed to help us close on the home. We felt very grateful to have Laura working with us through all the bumps in the road. Highly recommend and thank you Laura!

I was referred to Laura by my local mortgage lender and I was not disappointed at all. Having gone through this process 4 times in the past 25 years, I was a bit hesitant (at first) with a “cold referral.” I was absolutely not disappointed in the least and was appreciative of the introduction. This was an interesting experience for all of us because of the existing COVID-19 restrictions. Think about it…trying to view homes and ultimately purchase a $1mm+ home through mostly “virtual” communications wasn’t the easiest thing to accomplish. Laura was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. She was willing to do anything that I needed and walked me through the listings, all the way to the closing table. She is an advocate for her clients and aims to please, despite the unusual circumstances. The entire timetable was less than two months, and I didn’t even live in UT. She answered every question or concern and was always available when I needed something. I also appreciate all of the local knowledge that she has provided – it is evident that she is a “native” to the Park City area. I would highly recommend Laura and will use her for my next purchase.

Laura is a miracle worker! We were not in the market for a house, at all. I’ve been getting Laura’s fantastic emails for quite some time just because I love to look for fun. The most incredible house came up and obviously we were not prepared at all to buy a house. I reached out to her and she was so quick to get us a showing the following day. Our offer was not accepted as it was competing against a full cash offer. Laura worked magic with all of the Summit Sotheby’s team and worked a deal between the sellers and the buyer to get us the house. It was successful and we got the house of our dreams. Laura made actual magic happen and was so incredible through the whole process. She was so great that we even had her list our house to sell. She was perfect there as well. She will forever be a recommendation from me.

CAN WE LIST FOR ONLY 30/90 DAYS?
Six months is our company policy to ensure that your property receives the best exposure we can provide.
WE WERE THINKING ABOUT A COMPANY BESIDES SOTHEBY’S OR WE HAVEN’T REALLY HEARD ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
I think you realize that a company doesn’t sell a home, it’s actually the individual agent’s activities. After reviewing my marketing plan, I’m sure that you will feel confident that I can sell your home for top dollar.
WILL WE SAVE THE COMMISSION BY SELLING IT OURSELVES?
The greater Salt Lake market today has over 7,000 homes for sale and last month only 882 sold, and 97% are listed and sold by real estate agents. Giving For Sale by Owners a 2-3% chance of selling a property. Also, in a study done over the last three years by the NAR (National Association of Realtors) it was determined that the average seller will end up selling their property for 14% less than one where professional representation and exposure exists.
CAN WE LIST OUR PROPERTY HIGHER AND COME DOWN LATER IF IT DOESN’T SELL?
It makes sense at first thought to list high and leave room for negotiating, however, this creates problems in getting the home sold. Most buyers won’t even bother looking at the properties that are priced too high. When we price the property right, you have the chance for multiple offers versus not having any offers or opportunities to negotiate.
CAN WE LIST FOR ONLY IS IT BETTER TO USE A FRIEND IN THE BUSINESS?
In today’s market almost everyone knows one or two people that in are in real estate. The question you need to ask yourself is, are you selling the house to do a favor to your friend or truly looking for an aggressive agent that will net you top dollar for your home? Please take a minute to review our plan of action to sell your home and you will immediately see what separates us from all competition.
There are two types of agents in real estate today: Passive and Active. I am an active agent, meaning when you sign the contract I immediately get to work marketing your property and creating maximum exposure for your home. I have found that a motivated homeowner wants an agent that will work actively and aggressively to get their home sold. Please refer back to my “Property Marketing Plan” for the step by step plan I use to sell your home.
WILL YOU CUT YOUR COMMISSION?
No… can I tell you why that makes me nervous if another agent has agreed to this? If an agent isn’t strong enough to stand up to you during their negotiations regarding their own worth and value, how strong can they possibly be defending you and the value and price of your home during future negotiations? Do you want someone who is going to use your equity as a negotiating tool in the same way that they do their own commission?
