Ameyalli’s Residence Club offers deeded 1/8 co-ownership in four-bedroom alpine chalets in Midway, Utah’s “Little Switzerland,” just 9 minutes from Deer Valley East Village and 20 minutes from Park City and Sundance. Set within a 78-acre wellbeing and culinary-driven resort community shaped by natural geothermal springs, each alpine chalet offers real property ownership without the year-round upkeep of a traditional second home. Ameyalli manages the residences in-house through an exclusive partnership with Elite Alliance, a leader in residence club operations with more than 30 years of experience. The forthcoming Ameyalli Resort & Spa by Appellation will deepen the owner experience with access to an 80-key hotel, a wellbeing spa, and a culinary program led by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer.
Residence Club co-ownership includes six weeks annually in an alpine chalet across all four seasons, with the option to add additional time. Owners can choose the structure that fits their lifestyle, with Assigned Ownership offering six set weeks each year and Flexible Ownership allowing more freedom in scheduling.

Ameyalli is set in Midway, Utah, 5,600 feet up in the Heber Valley, surrounded by the Wasatch Range. Often called “Little Switzerland,” the town reflects its Swiss heritage, shaped by settlers who arrived in the 1850s and built the alpine character still visible today: timber-frame buildings on Main Street, a working Glockenspiel on the town hall, a Swiss Days festival every August. The dining scene is among the best in the Utah mountains. Midway Mercantile, featured on America’s Best Restaurants. Blue Boar Inn for fondue and schnitzel. Cafe Galleria for wood-fired pizza. The Lakehouse at Deer Creek for waterfront dining. Charles “Chuck” Heath is the developer and managing partner behind Ameyalli. As founder and former CEO of Horizon Design, he has led the development of more than $500 million in commercial, residential, and resort properties. His work includes Kings Crown, a ski-in ski-out development at the base of Park City Mountain. At Ameyalli, his focus centers on building a community shaped by the land itself, with the geothermal springs and surrounding landscape guiding the vision and long-term plan.
Overland Partners is the architecture and design firm behind the Alpine Chalet Homes, the Wellbeing Spa, and the overall Ameyalli site. Their practice is built around a design rooted in land, ecology, and local materiality. At Ameyalli, that means geothermal tufa stone exterior walls sourced on-site, local timber framing, and a building language calibrated to the Wasatch’s geology and landscape.
Appellation was co-founded by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer and former Four Seasons President of the Americas Christopher Hunsberger. Palmer’s career spans more than 13 Michelin stars and two James Beard Awards. Hunsberger brings three decades of experience in luxury hotel operations. Appellation Healdsburg, their debut property in Sonoma wine country, opened in September 2025.
Elite Alliance has managed luxury residence clubs across North America for more than 30 years. At Ameyalli, Elite Alliance handles all owner services, property management, reservation systems, rental platform operations, and concierge services. Owners interact directly with the Elite Alliance team for scheduling, pre-arrival preparation, and on-property support.
Adventourage is an outdoor outfitter based within the Ameyalli community, operating from the property’s on-site yurt. Adventourage provides guided adventure programming for owners and guests: guided hikes, snowshoeing, e-bike tours, fly fishing, and seasonal experiences in the Wasatch Range and Heber Valley. Their presence on the property extends the scope of ownership here.
