Summerset retirement villages are designed so that, as your needs change, you can access different levels of support. We call this our continuum of care. While you live independently in a Summerset villa, apartment or cottage, we offer support with cleaning, meals and some aspects of personal care. Should you need nursing care, there’s no need to move from the village; we can provide rest home-level care in our serviced apartments and hospital-level care in our care centre. Nursing support certified by the Ministry of Health is available in our modern, self-contained serviced apartments as well as in our care centres. Along with the peace of mind knowing you are in the right home for you, our residents are supported by a wonderful team of carers, nurses and village staff. Our friendly, trained professional staff truly bring Summerset’s philosophy of ‘bringing the best of life’ to our residents each and every day.
