2027 #DogsOfDTS Calendar Rules Overview: 13 dogs will be selected to appear in the 2027 #DogsOfDTS Calendar, with one featured each month and one chosen as the cover model. -
Entries will be accepted September 2–30, 2026. Multiple photos may be submitted and considered valid entries, including themed photos. Suggested themes include holidays, seasons, sports and other festive or seasonal occasions. Entries must be submitted via Facebook or Instagram on the users feed and include the hashtag #DogsofDTS27. Participants must follow @downtownsummerlin and @summerlin on social media. Photos must feature only the dog; no people should appear in the image. All photos submitted must be taken at Downtown Summerlin in designated dog-friendly areas and in a safe, non-disruptive manner. The 13 winning dogs will be selected by judges on September 30 and announced via social media on October 2.

Winners must be available to attend a professional photo shoot on October 12 or 13, 2026. If a winner is unavailable, unfortunately an alternate dog may be selected.

By entering, participants grant Howard Hughes the right to use submitted photos and any related images captured for the contest.

Calendars will be available beginning in November 2026.

Submission of a photo does not guarantee selection, inclusion in the calendar, or use in marketing materials. Entrants waive all rights to submitted images and grant Howard Hughes unrestricted, perpetual usage rights.
