Dahi is a natural source of probiotics that helps introduce healthy bacteria in your body. Have a bowl of dahi in your meal everyday. (You can also apply dahi in the area basically when there is an infection of yeast in the area).

3) CHANGE PADS: Change pads after regular intervals. That area should always remain dry. Wetness in that area is going to cause infection. Wearing the pads for a very long duration is going to irritate the skin and bring rashes and make skin sensitive for other infections.

4) COMFORTABLE CLOTHING:

Wear comfortable clothes and undergarments. Choose breathable fabrics like cotton fabric. Synthetic or nylon fabric materials prevent the area from breathing. Cotton fabric is more breathable and absorbent which makes it ideal for preventing yeast infection. Wearing tight clothes for a long time can be a problem. You should alternate between tight clothing with loose and comfortable clothing. Your clothes should be loose and comfortable when you are at home and even at night.
