It may be displayed indoors, but significant cracking and checking is likely to occur, especially in dry winter months. Cracking is a normal and natural process for wooden sculptures. To minimize cracking, display outdoors avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. To preserve the appearance of the sculpture seal with any clear sealer that you would apply to a wooden fence or deck every other year.
