SP adopts 3 resolutions on Hall of Justice fire incident CAGAYAN de Oro City–– The City Council headed by Vice Mayor Caesar Ian E. Acenas has adopted three legislative measures in response to the fire incident on Friday that gutted down the Hall of Justice building in the city. Councilor Ramon G. Tabor, chair of the committee on police, fire and public safety, filed the resolutions during the regular session yesterday following a special report on the fire incident. CAGAYAN de Oro City––Rep.Rufus B. Rodriguez, of Cagayan De Oro City, is pushing for the creation of a resource center for indigenous cultural communities (ICC) to attend to the needs of the country’s 15 million indigenous peoples (IPs). Rodriguez said on Monday that he has filed House Bill 5351 to give effect to the constitutional recognition and cognizance of the plight of the 12 to 15 million IPs in the country.
