CAGAYAN de Oro City--A woman believed to be one of the biggest suppliers of illegal drugs operation in five regions in Mindanao was arrested by law enforcers during a search operation inside her residence in Grand Ballon, Barangay Kauswagan here Saturday. Armed with a search warrant issued by a local judge, combined operatives from the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) and the Philippine Drug enforcement Agency, Region 10 (PDEA-10) stormed
the residential compound owned by Johaira Abinal Macabuat and her spouse, a military officer, in Grand Ballon, Barangay Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City. Abinal is said to be the former mayor of Maguing town in Lanao del Sur in 1998 until 2004. Seized inside the twostory house, where the couple and other individuals reside, was packets of suspected shabu weighing 200 grams, and a six short firearms with live ammunition.
