We are all aware that we are living in a modern era using technologies such as smartphones, tablets and computers. Since most of the people especially the youth today were already using these gadgets that makes it part of their lives or their means of everyday living, I think it’s time to introduce to people especially our teachers the use of a teaching app for their students in all levels starting from kinder to senior high school in order to monitor and educate them even their students were out of the classroom. Usually, the teaching apps were used by professors in colleges and universities as a virtual classroom for alternative way to edu-
cate their students when they weren’t able to conduct class personally in the classroom. But now is the time for the lower levels to do the same way for the benefit of all. What would be the main purpose if teaching apps were allowed to use by teachers for their students? The answer would be, to educate their students even outside of the classroom and to make sure the student would be able to cope up with the lessons. But it is pretty sure that some people will criticize this method, telling people that using teaching apps will teach students especially the younger ones to become lazy in attending schools and its activities and instead of helping them, it will only spoil them. So, to avoid these negative reactions, the teaching apps are only applicable to students who will be absent in class
due to valid reasons so they will be able to keep up with the lessons they will be left behind since the students were using their gadgets with internet especially with the parents’ supervision. The teaching apps are websites or applications that is used by the teachers to post modular lessons or notes of their current topic and to send those to the students who were absent at the day it was discussed and to give them enough time to study to prepare them for the tests that will be given to them. One of the famous teaching app being used today is ‘Edmodo’ and is proven and rated by most teachers as a user friendly app which is downloadable in mobile gadgets or it can be found in a computer using the website www.edmodo.com.

It serves as a safe environment aimed to promote collaboration and innovation, work together on action plans of the problems in the community. Technology in schools have bridged learning among students who are slow in learning. Department of Education and other education-monitoring body have introduced advanced mechanisms to fully meet the challenges of modern times and as well make learning easy. ELearning is already present in schools. This makes use of computers designed and programmed to teach and equip children with basic lessons. Aside from that, what makes this learning technique more effective is its ability to train and at the same time entertain the learners. Another innovation that education has introduced is the establishment
of an E-Library. This is a kind of learning center that houses a number of computer units useful to students. In here, they do their researches and series of review through visiting several educational websites. E-Library functions like a library, but instead of physical books, it offers electronic data that can be accessed through entering a couple of terms. This learning technique further saves time and effort. Some parents also consider supplemental learning among students. Mostly of our young people are enjoying the use of this modern gadgets to learn innovative programs for communication . They can easily type their query and get relevant result within a matter or seconds. They become more effective independent learn-
ers preparing for their future. Students enjoy making use of computer, a tablets to learn innovative programs that has been developed by collaborating partners are used by teachers and students. It is convenient for the students and teachers as well to do their work on the computer as most of them use the internet when they go home. Using ICT in school give the
tough lessons that hard to learn in a group manner such as in a school setting. Some online reviews stated that children who undergo supplemental learning in young age have become consistent achievers. It has been a challenge to education sector to meet the expectation posted by the advancement of times, for along with this is the change of attitude and set of mentality among students that are quite challenging to train. Thus, schools adopted innovation that would serve as instrument to bridge solutions to these challenges. Technology is the main root of this so-called advancement. It is just good that technology in schools are adoptive to changes which make them more. students a headstart for their future by staying relevant, by learning how computer to do effective research . It puts the students a step up in the heavily competitive job sector ICT motivate both teachers and students , feel that ICT use greatly contributes to students motivation for learning. By using computer assignments are now posted online , low income families , disabled students, all students do benefit from the use of ICT in school.

PELAEZ organized the first Seminar on Budget Processes which was held at the Conference Room of DepEd Region X and was participated by the Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Vice Mayors, Chairs of the Committee on Budget, Finance and Appropriation and Sangguniang Bayan/ Panlungsod Secretaries of the various municipalities and cities of the province. The resource speaker for the seminar was the Department of Budget and Management Regional Director Anabelle M. Atillo, CESO III. With the budget season nearing, this timely seminar was specifically arranged by the Vice Governor to help the local legislators of the province understand the latest guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations on the whole budget processes.
